Dead bugs in bathroom, bed was like a rock, dirty
That was the room we had to go to. The original room had a broken door and smelt like smoke.

Great stay, would recommend this hotel. Stayed here overnight before going to cedar point in the morning. The overnight manager was super nice and gave me extra pillows when I couldn’t sleep.

It was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We chose it because it was close to Cedar Point but next time I would stay farther just to avoid staying at such a dirty place.
There were wrappers on the floor in one room, the floor had not been swept in either of the two we booked. The beds were made but one had a blood spot and the other room had crumbs on both beds.
The staff was friendly but definitely doesn’t make up for being so dirty. It was unsettling.

I have never been so disgusted and disappointed, I expected so much more from a motel 6 and from Sandusky, please see the pictures. Our toilet seat was real loose, my wife walked down to tell them, the gave her a screwdriver to do it herself, the front desk lady was nice, Owner, if your reading this review, you should be embarrassed and ashamed to take over a hundred dollars for something so bad and dirty, the health department should be notified

It's not fancy, but it has a great location to CP, it's always been clean when I've stayed there, quiet and they even have a pool. Best hotel deal in the area.

April and Sandy at the front desk are AMAZING!! We had an issue with our tv not working and they both jumped on it and came up with a solution and resolved the issue right away. They were both very dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect!

The room was gross. The beds are rock hard felt like i had stuff crawling on me all night. Even the employees say they wont stay here!

All of the people at the desk were Ginuwine rock on! My only concern was my grandson brought his laptop, and he likes to play games on it, which is no big deal, but there was no Internet. The lady at the counter was so kind and kept trying I could not get Internet or Wi-Fi to download into my phone, it’s OK just wasn’t working that day. I guess if you’re gonna stay make sure that they have Internet if that’s what you need.

Went to cedar point sso it was nice snd close. Did not like the fact that you could only go in the 1 door when there are doors on the sides. Would have been nice to be able to park after a long day go in side door and go right up stairs to our room.

We had to change rooms. My son found a bed bug in the pillow.
They were friendly about the change.
Also, In the picture and the description when i booked there was to be a lounge bed in the window area, whick i intended for my uoung daughter. It was just a wooden board, no cushion.

Pool and hot tub where great, close to or with in 15 minutes of anything you'd want. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Also gave me plenty of privacy. All and all my stay was a very good experience.

I was amazed at the fact that we got so much bang for our buck! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! Check-in was easy and seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and above all i enjoyed the price!

I haven't stayed at a motel 6 in ages. This was certainly a nice surprise to see such a nice, clean hotel. Excellent customer service 👏 We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great visit staff very friendly. Only issue I know it’s pet friendly is there a way to keep them at ends of hallways or on one floor. There was a few dogs across from our room 215 that barked all night and every time someone walked down hallway. I am not against pets in hotels but maybe in certain rooms. Less traffic areas maybe

Convenient to Cedar Point, public beach area, fast food restaurants, gas stations, and dollar general. Wish the hotel had a separate door and area for those who have animals to take them to when using the restroom. Nobody wants to stand near where animals are pottying. Gross. Also, a bench out front for smokers would be nice.

The room was nice size with one queen bed.
There was a fridge and microwave.
Overall the hotel was a ok place for a night.
My only issue was there was a really bad sewer odor in the bathroon that seemed to get worse if someone on the 2nd floor flushed there toilet.

Our front desk agent Michael was absolutely Incredible. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a top notch stay.

They double the rate for a subpar room on the weekends. No breakfast, no fridge, ice machine empty, no hair dryer, bathroom is tiny, bed is like a brick. It was $200 for a $75 quality room. And don't plan on sleeping, the train might as well run right through the room. The people clearly haven't stayed in a nice motel before. I expect alot better for the exorbitant rate they charge. Never using expedia, or will never stay here again. Should've took my chances with the bed bug hotel up the street.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small, AC was loud, but it was clean and tidy. There are train tracks nearby and they honk but thankfully did not pass through often

Could hear the people above us the whole time, it sounded like a stampede. Dirty walls and sink with no water pressure. Room service coming around at 9 am knocking on every door for no reason. Way too expensive for what it was. I got almost no sleep and I'm exhausted. If you want to rent a room and not get sleep, go to this place.
