Great staff, good rooms

All of the people at the desk were Ginuwine rock on! My only concern was my grandson brought his laptop, and he likes to play games on it, which is no big deal, but there was no Internet. The lady at the counter was so kind and kept trying I could not get Internet or Wi-Fi to download into my phone, it’s OK just wasn’t working that day. I guess if you’re gonna stay make sure that they have Internet if that’s what you need.

Went to cedar point sso it was nice snd close. Did not like the fact that you could only go in the 1 door when there are doors on the sides. Would have been nice to be able to park after a long day go in side door and go right up stairs to our room.

It was a good stay but disnt help hearing a dog barking at 6am other than that it was a good stay

This is right next to railroad tracks. There are dogs outside barking constantly. The room was dirty and not kept. The floor was raising and buckling from moisture and there was rust or something all over the walls. Shower barely dribbles.

There was trash all over the outside of the property, very limited parking spaces, we had to park in the over flow parking- where truck w/ trailers would park. We could not enjoy the pool or hot tub area due to children and teens being in there all the time and being loud and splashing everyone, as well as doing flips from the hot tub into the pool. The bed was so hard it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. The Jetted tub in our room, was spraying water all over the room, so we weren't able to use that and that was the main reason for getting a room there. Then the vending machines were so full that when you tried to get something, it would get stuck. Front desk was not helpful at all about that, the 800 number you had to call advised us to contact front desk. The TV was not working, had to call the front desk so they could manually connect the service. It was a disaster, if I wasn't so exhausted from my cousins wedding; I would have left and requested a refund, but I took a shower and slept in that uncomfortable bed.

Great experience. Close to everything without being stuck in the busy traffic of cedar point. Close to shopping and great food. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Pool was clean!

The motel was clearly an older property and in need of maintenance. They served coffee in the morning but no breakfast. The beds were not comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Convenient for a weekend trip and they do allow pets. Nice staff, clean room. Trains might wake you if you’re a light sleeper.

Floors are very greasy feeling. Keep your footware on! Handsink has very little water pressure, blankets are stained and smell like they haven't been washed in a while. It was scary to sleep in the bed

We had to change rooms. My son found a bed bug in the pillow. They were friendly about the change. Also, In the picture and the description when i booked there was to be a lounge bed in the window area, whick i intended for my uoung daughter. It was just a wooden board, no cushion. Not as advertised...

A quick trip for work the hotel has a pool and hot tub. The room was comfortable. It had plenty of room.

Very near train tracks. Train blew whistle at regular intervals throughout the night. Dogs in room across the hall began randomly barking loudly very early in morning. Thought they were in the hall and would eventually get to a room or leave but discovered when we left - and they attacked their door - where they were.

Pool and hot tub where great, close to or with in 15 minutes of anything you'd want. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Also gave me plenty of privacy. All and all my stay was a very good experience.

I was amazed at the fact that we got so much bang for our buck! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! Check-in was easy and seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and above all i enjoyed the price!

Beds are okay,not really comfortable. They've pool and hot tub and also EV charging so that's a plus if you own TSLA

The stay was good. I had only 1 little situation that got solve pretty quick. I think the staff needs better training, especially overnight.

I haven't stayed at a motel 6 in ages. This was certainly a nice surprise to see such a nice, clean hotel. Excellent customer service 👏 We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Nasty

They place was great for Cedar Point. But the bathroom in the room could have been cleaner.

Trains run all night and have to use there horn also smells like cigarettes in the halls.

Great visit staff very friendly. Only issue I know it’s pet friendly is there a way to keep them at ends of hallways or on one floor. There was a few dogs across from our room 215 that barked all night and every time someone walked down hallway. I am not against pets in hotels but maybe in certain rooms. Less traffic areas maybe

The sheets were clean, but there was dog hair on the cover and on the window seal. Also a very moldy drink in the safe.

Needs automatic opening doors for guests and handicapped ENTERING AND EXITING building. There is ZERO!!!!

Friendly staff

The price was good and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this location again
