The sofa bed was awful the mattress was paper thin and the springs dug in all night. Didnt get any sleep. Weve stayed here before but the beds ruined it for us this time and i cant see us coming back. It was so loud in the corridor with people shouting to each other at 1am, obviously not the hotels fault but just added to our feelings. Buffet breakfast good Staff have always been lovely and no different this time The bed and sleep is the main booking reason for us and it was so bad.

What i’d expect from a HIE. Stayed in better HIEx with business but i was in this one with family. Wouldnt of been so bad if i was solo. Poor breakfast, too busy with staff not able to keep things available. 1st morning no milk, cutlery, eggs or butter. Second no pastries or milk with half hot option missing and arriving in drips and drabs. No hot option other than black coffee with coffee machine broke both mornings. Bed squeaky and sounded broken, shower head wouldnt hold as bracket was broken so had to hold it by hand. Convenient for out trip but wouldnt really want to stay again

Staff looked like they where short, running around pretty hectically. They did a great job considering. Food menu was expensive and half was not available.

I stayed for 3 days, 2 nights, the hotel and room was clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms do not have air conditioning and if you're coming from the US bring International adapters for the outlets, you can't use US chargers without the adapter. We brought battery packs for our phones and did find one USB outlet near one of the beds so you can charge your phones through that. Otherewise my stay was 10/10!

Nice hotel , small , but staff very friendly and helpful, food was ok . Room and bathroom was clean and had everything you would need .

Unfortunately it seems to be in the middle of a building site. Parking was very difficult, my husband is disabled and we have a blue badge but there was no space. No hot water for showering in the morning. Very noisy in the dining room for breakfast and no space for us so we left to find breakfast on out way home. We would not stay here again.

The staff were really friendly, and the room was really clean and comfortable. A great night's stay.

Convenient for Southampton General Hospital - its a bit of a building site (warehouses) with an unusual entry road - but once there the Hotel is great

Huge building site very close by spoiled our stay. Bathroom and public toilets in reception in need of upgrades. Staff were jolly and helpful.

This facility is an excellent value. Clean rooms. It’s not air-conditioned, but we did not feel the need for air conditioning. The weather was so pleasant. Excellent little bar with excellent British beer on the tap at very reasonable price. Less than 10 minutes from the cruise ship pier.

The male desk/ cafe staff appeared to have a T shirt as a uniform. Very poor image compared to your Arnhem( NL) hotel. ( however the staff members were helpful)

This is a decent hotel with very nice rooms but breakfast was cleared away without warning while a number of people were still serving themselves. No air conditioning.

I’m sure there are better places for the money. Uncomfortable sums up my stay.

Checked in after 10pm, when we got to the room and inserted the card to activate the lights only a couple of the lights actually worked. Pressed the switches and there were no resistance or clicking, found pull out bed not fully pulled out or made properly. In the morning with natural daylight we found the pull out bed was full of dust and fluff. We went down for breakfast there were no staff on reception, we saw three staff running around clearing tables and failing to keep the breakfast items stocked up. After breakfast we checked out there was no drop box for keys so had the wait at reception for one of the staff running around the breakfast area to come and check us out. It looked like nobody was in charge and if someone would have took charge it wouldn’t have been chaos. There was a real lack of leadership and that is probably why the conditions of the room were lacking as nobody is holding anyone accountable.

Unfortunately the area around the hotel is being redeveloped so there was only hares fencing round the building site,the breakfast was always running out of food in the end we eat just down the road

This property did not accept cash and I didn't like that fact. Cash is still around and will always be. If they're not expecting Cash payment, I will make a video about this place that it will go viral on some of the main ones.

Quick and friendly staff, could do with a bit of TLC. Leaky toilet torn towels in the room.

Short staffed, not much information given at check in . No problem with the room other than a small water leak in the bathroom, plenty of parking and breakfast was not up to usual standards, but I guess that is a result of not enough staff.
