Had a great stay. Comfortable bed, clean room. Breakfast had multiple options and was very good. Located near multiple food options. Would definitely stay here again.

I usually pick Holiday Inn Express for the comfortable beds and quality pillows. This time did not disappoint! Got a great nights sleep.

It was only when the bad weather make the light went out for almost 5 hours and they didn’t ask if we need something o informed us how long or if the had contact electricity company and see how long they think o expect to get power back that’s the only bad thing happened while we staying

The stay was just OK. I checked in late and there were two people outside smoking in their pajamas when I arrived. The entrance did not appear super clean, though again it was late at night. The carpets looked a little dirty in the hallway. My room was actually fairly clean except for the bathtub, which appeared to not have been cleaned. Sleep was good as well as Bedding. The room was very hot it’s 78° when I entered, so it took a while to cool down. When I checked out, the person who checked me out was less than enthused. I was a little disappointed to see that breakfast Was from 6:30 to 9:30 and I missed it. I think on a weekend they could keep it a little longer

Was able to do an early check in. Convenient location to stay and meet family for an Indiana Fever game. Updated rooms. Comfortable beds/pillows. Only concern, was the smell of weed on our non smoking floor. Didn't wake up early enough for the free breakfast buffet. Clean entry.

Front desk staff was very standoff-ish, barely speaking. Room not clean. Previous occupant’s food wrapper on the floor, hair in the bathtub, and used washcloth draped over the shower curtain rod. Breakfast started at 6:30 am, when I arrived at 7:30 am there were signs stating they were completely out of hot food. Since all that was left was grain/carbohydrate based food (which I can’t eat due to a chronic health issue), I the incurred the extra expense of having to get breakfast elsewhere.

I stayed in room 104. It was right beside the elevator equipment room. Every time the elevator went up or down I was hearing it through the wall. I had to be up at 3:30 a.m. It was rough getting to sleep. I'm a solid sleeper, so once I was asleep I did not hear it anymore.
Other than that the experience was good.
I was not able to take advantage of the pool, or breakfast.
There is a pub and grill, a Starbucks, a Jimmy John's, a pizza place, and a great donut place that is open late in the day that are all within 50 yards or so of the hotel.

The bathroom was not clean. The coffee machine was covered in dust.

My TV never worked in my room. I could not turn it on. I swapped remotes twice , total 3 remotes and none of them turned the TV on so I could not watch TV during my stay.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The pillows are too soft which makes you have to pile on. Consider offering a fuller pillow like the company “My pillow”. Very comfy pillows which fluff nicely in a dryer and last 10 years.

A vehicle was stolen off the property from our group while we were there. The beds were comfy and room clean. Not thrilled with the area around it. Overall a good stay

Our first room 204 was filthy tub was filthy pubic hair in tub caulking missing around the tub surround second room 326 cleaner but im comparing to 204 326 tub looks like it was painted paints peeling off my other room 206 smelled so bad

Staff was excellent! They had to put up with so much and did a great job. But the room had trails of ants and was in poor condition. There was only one employee working at one point on a busy Saturday and was unable to handle unruly guests in the pool.

Booked the hotel for my children to go swimming. Once I arrived, I found out the pool was closed. I wish I was notified or it said if on the website so I could have booked somewhere else.

It is a good place where to stay however there were kids running all the hallways and no body of the hotel personnel did nothing

We had an issue almost immediately. We were expecting 2 rooms when we arrived, but our reservation was for only one room. I showed the management where my credit card had been billed for 2 rooms. The manager was very helpful, but I was forced to pay for another room. I was told that I needed to contact Hotels.com to get my money back. The manager was very understanding.

Basic hotel, below a normal Holiday Inn. Entire hotel had a funky, musty smell and was warm. Room was ok, but I noticed our bathroom floor wasn't very clean. Would not book this location again. There is not much around it.

Check-in was quick even though they were busy. Our room was clean. Wish the rooms were more sound proof. Lots of spacing in the door. Also there was a dog barking.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great too! My only negative was the pool. We stayed 2 nights, and both nights the pool water was freezing cold! Like, body tingling cold! They tried to pump warm water in, but either didn’t keep it on long enough, or something went wrong with that too. Either way, the kids still played in the pool as long as they could, but we were all shivering at the end.

The staff was great. Our room could have used some TLC. The shower rod was ripped out of the wall along with paint flakes falling off the walls and tub. Also the bathroom sink faucet was detached from the basin. Other than that it was still a good stay. We just had to overlook some things.
