The bed was comfortable

We had a great weekend. The food wa0s0 great, the beer was cold.

Very nice

The only issue I had was the tub. The tub grips are totally worn out and I slipped and fell in the tub. I laid a hand towel in the tub during the next use and it worked. The property is in a beautiful setting and we were given a room overlooking the walking trail and pond. Take in the sites its a beautiful location.

We had a great time at the casino and staying at the hotel. Everything was great! AC worked really well!

Great place to gamble and relax!

We wanted to go to a casino and play a little like when we lived in Las Vegas. This was a good fix. Rooms are a bit dated and not super clean, I'm sure they are working with limited staff. We did not win but we took only what we reserved for gambling. We had fun. Not much choice in dining on a wednesday, just the little grill was open, good grilled cheese and fries though. Alcohol drinks run about 10.00 for a beer and a wine. We will come back again when we feel the itch to gamble again.

This wasn't third stay and each time I enjoy it more and more.

Bathroom was dirty

The room was dirty, uncomfortable bed and very dusty and dirty around the floor bed and on the burn home on my sheets and cigarette butts all over outside the outside area and they were wet . Pool crowded and hot tub was broken and blocked off. The location was beautiful and a nice view tho and I did like the convenience of the casino there.

Good, clean

We stayed here on our way to Tennessee. Read great reviews and thought this would be a good stay. Absolutely couldn’t have been more wrong. We wanted to use the hot tub, it was out of order (which wasn’t on the listing). The elevator down to the hot tub smelled like my 87 year old grandpas gym wear. The beds were covered with brown stains, which lead to me sleeping on the covers. The room was also 86 degrees upon entry, we had to use ice cubes to cool off. Overall, super disappointing stay, will never come back. Wouldn’t even come back if it was a free room.

Definitely expected more from a Cesar’s property. This place is definitely dates. The room smelt muggy and everything is old and outdated. You’re basically paying for convenience to the Casino which also isn’t that great. The food options are limited and it’s extremely smoky inside. My first and last trip to this location.

Easy checkin nice clean room great staff

No dairy free creamer... no gluten free options... cafe staff for dinner was less than helpful... no mats in the gym- nothing to wipe off the equipment with- no hand sanitizer... It was very quiet! Hotel desk staff very helpful!

Room next to me was hella loud and would not stop making noise till like 3AM.

Got to the hotel in time for check in. Went to check in and they said there was a security deposit which was not mentioned at all in any email i receved from hotels.com or the hotel. Only that there was a resort fee. So that took most of our funds right there so didnt really get to enjoy the stay

I don't like the fact you advertise 3 restaurants, i stayed with my 16 yr old daughter and was told she couldn't eat at the restaurants because they were inside the casino

Love the clean rooms and ease of access to the casino. Its a bit confusing with the elevators though.

Check in was a nightmare. The person behind the desk fell asleep ( or passed out) several times. It took 45 minutes to check in. I was given a key and initially sent to a room that was already occupied. So I went back down to the desk. But queen highness behind the desk tried to deny checking me n and told me I wasn’t on the reservation. ( for that room. No I wasn’t. But I had my own reservation.) I was seriously worried I would not actually get a key to a room because no one else was there on duty. After another 10 minutes of explaining I got a key to a room. And it worked. Everything else was fine. Clean and a decent place to stay. It just shouldn’t take 45 minutes to check in! When I checked out in the morning I explained what happened. The manager listened. Stood up for the employee which is fine. She gave me $25 of Food credit on my room key, but I had just checked out and turned my key in at the desk. Ha! So so hanks for nothing. I hope that if you choose to stay here. You get better service then i experienced. Good luck 🍀
