Property is a large sprawling resort complex, with 4 or 5 different pools, hot tubs, BBQ and picnic areas, plenty of parking. Room was clean, spacious, with full kitchen. Location is in West Sedona, so just a few minutes' drive to Uptown Sedona. Hiking trails are nearby, but then again, there's hiking trails all over Sedona. Overall an excellent location I'd recommend to singles, couples, families, etc.

I paid for a Queen Suite with a view, when I checked in I was told they only had thirty units with a view and I would not be getting one. I asked for a refund for the last day as was unhappy, I was told only resort fees not room charges would be returned.

I felt that the room was very dated. Plus it had an adjoining suite that was also in use and every noise was heard. AC was either too hot are too cold. Lastly there was no way to have the AC fan running for white noise to drown out adjoining room or outside noise!

Rooms are nice - clean, spacious, modern. Multiple pools and hot tubs - all well-maintained. There is no food of any kind on the grounds. This is basically condos. They try to sell you timeshare at check-in, which is ick, but they accept the first 'no' which is eh, alright.

When we got there, the room was still in inspection mode, meaning all the drawers were open and trash was outside.
After the first day, they do not offer room service.
We always had to call twice for towels.

Great hotel resort in beautiful Sedona, with outdoor pools, hot tubs, amenities. Our King suite room was spacious, with kitchen, and laundry right on the room, living room and separate bedroom. TV in living room and bedroom. We stayed ten days. Proximity to all the sites of Sedona was excellent.

The room had no hot water. I let the front desk know and they said they would take care of it. We still had no hot water the next day. Me and my wife both took cold showers twice on our anniversary weekend. The front desk would not change our room, but we were offered to shower in the clubhouse. This is completely unacceptable. I spoke to the manager the next morning and she said she would credit my Hilton account 40,000 points for the I convince and it never happened.

We really enjoyed the in room amenities and the comfort of the bed and overall feel of the room.
The extra blanket could have been cleaner, free of previous guests' hair. The sink to some time to drain.
These did not negatively impact our enjoyment of our stay. We would come back!

The room was very nice and clean and all staff were helpful. I could not give five stars overall because I was charged a $25 resort fee for each night. I was unaware of this fee and don’t remember seeing it posted anywhere. Four nights resulted in $113 charge (with taxes!).

We got a 2 bedroom, 2 bath king suite. It was a huge room and had all of the amenities, including a full kitchen, fireplace, plenty of towels and they have 4 pools/hot tubs near the buildings for convenience. Nice view.
2 issues, both bath tub handles were broken so we could not use. Shower was good though.
No overhead light in bathroom, so it was super dark. Hard to get ready, especially when you are on a girls trip.
Good location, just on the outskirts of downtown.

We were disappointed at first because Hotels.com had listed our accommodations as more scenic than they actually were. The staff at the Sedona Summit did everything they could to remedy that and, as a result, made our stay very pleasant. This is to say that Hotels.com and other third-party sites' attractive pricing may mask misrepresentations.

Overall it was good. There were just housekeeping issues. I indicated to them that needed to dust the air vents, there was dust on them and around them. Also, the toilet under the rim need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Been staying at the Sedona Summit for nearly 20 years. This year the bathroom was never cleaned prior to our arrival. It took 3 calls and 2 days for someone to come and clean it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Summit. The property was well maintained and has several amenities to please most travelers. The only convenient element missing is food choices close to property. We ordered Dominos pizza one night of our stay delivered right to our door! That was nice, because we had such a busy day and the last thing on our minds was to search for a bite.

Old worn furniture cheap appliance in the kitchen missing hair dryer door under bathroom sink was missing (old hinges still attached). Mattress was old and worn felt like you were falling out of bed. Left feeling that the property did not live up to what Hilton normally delivers and we did not get what we paid for.

After check-in they were very persistent with us participating in a timeshare. They also charge $25/day for internet, parking, etc, even though the tv would constantly cut out and wifi wasn’t the best. Otherwise our room was great, amazing view.

I’m so glad we chose this hotel while in Sedona. Amazing views, friendly staff, beautiful amenities especially the Sunset pool and the Infinity jacuzzi and most of all, close to all the activities we went to. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sedona!

There were a few things such as the dishwasher racks coming off, shower door not closing, sink clogged along with some missing items like soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels etc. some of the kitchen utensils were broken as well. Considering everything I would stay again as it’s a great location and every th ing was taken care of in a timely manner

I have stayed in Sedona many times, but never stayed at this property until now. The rooms are small but cozy and even has a kitchen. The rest of the property was Amazing. There were lots pools so not far walk, and they even had grills. We utilized both. There was plenty of beautiful views of the red rocks. For the price I will not hesitate next time. I've stayed in expensive, and cheap hotels in
Sedona. I believe this was the cheapest and my BEST experience. Don't overlook this hotel because of the price. Between Los Abrigados, and Hilton Vacation Club, you cant go wrong for price and value. One is on the creek and walking distance to uptown, and the other is on the extreme west side of town, but has upgraded rooms, more pools, and red rock views. Our family really enjoyed our time here, and only wish we could stay longer.

Great place to come and decompress. Views are wonderful, and the amenities are great. Only thing, there is no one site restaurant, which is difficult because many restaurants close around 7-8pm in the areas. Otherwise, we'll be back!
