They were repairing rooms, very loud.

The service was exceellent. I enjoyed old fashioned maid service, my room was cleaned everyday, new towels everday... I will stay there again next year.

Bad

The place was ok, but the heater did not work and it was freezing. It was difficult to find the desk staff during check in/out of when we were looking for someone for blankets.

Check in was fast I got here early and the receptionist checked me in right away and offered me a cup of coffee

Stay was very good. Room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke.

It was a nice place. It was affordable. I do not think a breakfast consists of one muffin and coffee. I did like the cleanliness and friendly staff! I stayed for eye surgery and follow up. They did seem concerned and they even provixed extra bags because i was not feeling good from anesthesia. I did smell weed throughout the place maybe by other customers. It did not mix well with their cleaners. I smelt nothing but weed. Other than the smell and breakfast, i would say it was perfect.

For all of the reviews online as to how clean this facility is it sure did not meet expectations. Hair and dirt in all of the nooks and crannies. Would have done 1 star or less if it had not been for the friendly man checking us in

19th floor and elevator quit working

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Stayed for one night. Everything went smoothly. The room was clean as well as what I saw of the rest of the property. No issues during our stay. I would stay again.

The property is in a very convenient location

Room was clean and nice and for the price very affordable. Staff was excellent. Only problem is a lot of construction workers use this hotel and there was what appears to be drug dealers in parking lot selling to them as soon as they got off work. It doesn't take a genius to SEE "exchanges" of that sort going on between individuals. This starts about 6 pm and continues till about 12 pm. Cops should look into this.

I didnt like the fact that what they called breakfast was muffin, breakfast bars, coffee and juice.

The hotel and the room were clean, the staff were nice. My only issue was the elevator did not work and I had to carry my bags up the stairs. Traveling alone, I felt safe during my stay and would stay here again if necessary.

Main problem was the noise that persisted throughout my stay. I think it came from the refrigerator in the room, but wherever it came from it was irritating. Also, the TV guide provided only initial showed about 40 something channels available. But if you played around with the channels you got to notice there were a lot more available.

I love that it is very clean. I love Brenda. They need a kitchen. I love food.

Staff was friendly, but we didn’t interact with them much. Breakfast station is a nice amenity but very carb loaded ( lots of bread) . Accessible A/C outlets is always a challenge for people with CPAP machines and the growing number of electronic devices. Pricing was reasonable.

Wonderful place to get a good nights sleep. Quiet, safe, and comfy bed.

Needs to be updated

For a quick overnight stay, this place is ideal for its convenient location and reasonable price. Situated near the highway, it offers easy access to nearby eateries and shopping areas. The hotel boasts ample well-lit parking, although its older structure is quite noticeable from the outside. Inside, the friendly receptionist efficiently checked me in and provided all necessary information. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, forcing me to climb two flights of stairs, but the hallways were decent given the building's age. The room met my expectations, with a slightly musty carpet, patched walls, and a new, efficient AC unit. The renovated bathroom stood out with a lovely vanity and pristine cleanliness. The comfortable bed featured clean sheets, and although I skipped breakfast based on prior reviews, my overall experience was satisfactory. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Friendly staff and very helpful

The website states cribs are available but when we asked, we were told rudely that they didn’t have any. The staff seemed very uninterested in being courteous. The “continental breakfast” was just muffins left on the counter. Our room was clean at a glance, but the carpet turned our socks brown and the room smelled like urine. Sometimes it was very noticeable and other times just a faint smell.

When l reserved the room last week , l chose the super 8 by Wyndham in homewood , Ala. The hotel ad stated that breakfast was included… Well l got up this morning and went to eat some breakfast around 7:00 Am. There was a tray with small blueberry muffins and orange juice and of course coffee .. nothing else , no cereal, no nothing …lm sure they charge more for there rooms when breakfast is included …If they list breakfast being included, they should at least try to do better than that …

Overall not a bad property

Advertised as having breakfast but it did not unless you count an apple and a mini energy bar and I do mean Mini breakfast

Our overall stay was good. The bathroom was not so clean. There were remains of dried urine and hair on the hinges of the toilet lid. Also, the tub wasn't draining while we were showering.

It wasn’t the best but it was fairly clean. Had the basic and coffee in the morning. Price wasn’t bad. I would stay there again.

Just wore not beast but clean I would do and over night there again.

Overall just a good stay
