To start they charged my virtual card a full price one night stay. I told them i was paying for all 5 night stay on the credit card i gave them at check in. Could not explain why the virtual card got charged. Received the 50.00 deposit on yhe virtual card but still had to pay the 8.44 tax for the room. Then someone went i to my room and used the microwave
I know this cause when i checked in the microwave and refrigerator was unplugged. This happened on Wednesday cause i came in late and the microwave was plugged in and there was 10 seconds left and you could smell the food. I mentioned it when i mentioned the extra charge for the room.
All i got from the lady that was worki g friday morning was i do not know, several times. She told me to take it up with Wyndham. Plus they would not accept my AARP card.

First room was either someone elses room or it wasnt cleaned. Second room smelled like smoke and just didnt feel clean enough lobby was dirty and smelled awfull. Stuff for a coffee machine but no coffee machine.

Need to have weight limit on site. My dog was to big and i was turn away. I couldnt stay there. Had no where to go at the time. Cause i reaerved my room there. I did not get chargered but still.

All carpets dirty and stained. Windows disgusting. Our blanket was patched together. Their “breakfast” was a joke. You get a hostess coffee cake. Key card didn’t work half the time. Pool was full of toilets, air conditioners etc so you couldn’t even use it.

We forgot her name but we got there thursday night and the indian girl who works there is amazing, incredibly polite and nice to talk to. She deserves a raise, we love to stay here because of her! We always come here when were in the area

Rooms smell every bad, it’s not safe area, it was very loud during the night, and they wrote they have breakfast included but there is no any breakfast, I have photo like proof I can send it to you on your request

I had a cockroach in my apartment. Breakfast bar was not very good. They had no silverware or plates. The pool was very cold. Room seemed outdated. The pillows smelled. Won't stay here again.

Went there with family While passing through the area, was trying to get into the room when we observed bugs and an altercation between family members in the hallway. We immediately checked out before we even laid eyes on the room. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend

The room smelled like a mildew filled basement. The managers charged us an additional $80 for early check in even though most of the hotel was completely empty. He refunded it a few days later but I still lost out on over $300 and didn’t even stay for 24 hours.

This hotel is sub par in every aspect minus the attitude of the staff.
Nothing in the room was not damaged in someway, from missing smoke detectors with bare wires hanging from the ceiling, to burn holes in the sheets, comforter and drapes and broken headboard, Did not try the pool as just looking at it, it was an unhealthy shade of green. There was almost no water pressure, barely hot water and the "breakfast" was hostess donuts and granola bars. 0/10 do not recommend. Won't let me add photos to review.

This was my hotel every time we come into town from Florida. The hotel was not very clean i had to ask for clean towels I ask 3 different days to have my room cleaned and nobody ever came up to clean not even sweep the floor. I was in room 318 every time I got off elevator to go to my room the smell of marjauana just reaked. There was no breakfast the chairs still sitting on top of tables by the coffee pot.What kinda hotel doesn't give you fresh towels and toilet paper every day.

Man, I wish I had paid attention better to the hotel I booked, thought I was booking the one next store. Won't make that mistake again.
The hotel at best can be described as run-down. Somehow I booked non smoking and when we got to 3rd floor it smelled like an ash trey full of old butts. I thought smoking in public facilities was pretty well phased out, but not here I guess. The bed spred had cigarette holes and stains on both beds. The floor in the bathroom felt squishy and uneven. To top it off, something organic is growing on the window seal, but we didnt attempt to find out what it was. Not even worth the price unfortunately.

There are people living at the hotel. There was something on the wall, looked liked dried green snot. The bed was actually comfortable. It smells like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. There was no housekeeping our entire stay. The elevator stopped working on our last day.

Dont waste your money! As soon as walked in our kids held their noses because of the strong smell of P O T. The floors were dirty, sheets dirty, bathtub had about 2 in of water sitting in it. Shower did not work. We were only in the hotel long enough to sleep 3am-8am and felt dirty leaving. We never leave reviews, this was just that gross.

My driver stated he could not park the truck in the lot. This is a huge inconvenience when I was informed that I could park a diesel truck with a trailer at the facility. I want my refund given these circumstances.

This motel is in terrible shape and is operated by individual's wo have no idea how to run a motel. We had to ask for towels and washcloth. Room service was terrible. We are both disabled and the shower is horrible if your are disabled. Breakfast is a joke. And if you are disabled it is almost impossible to get in and out of bed.

Bathroom ceiling had mold all over and tv didn’t work. Toilet leaned to the side. Was staying 3 days so didn’t want to not have tv so the next day we moved rooms. Next toilet leaned to the other side but not as bad. No mold on the ceiling and tv worked. Tried to go down for breakfast Saturday morning at 7:30 am and nothing. Didn’t look like they had something and it was all out just looked like nothing was ever there. Desk lady was hateful the day before so I didn’t bother asking about it.
Hanging shelf fell apart with a touch but my husband fixed it just so we wouldn’t be charged the 50$ deposit they wanted when we checked in.

This facility only keeps the outside lights on after dark for a few hours. As a woman, traveling alone, I felt very uneasy packing my car in the dark in the morning with no parking lot lights on

I was told at check in that the free breakfast included granola bars, orange juice & coffee. That is not a breakfast of any kind besides not one day was any of that even available. I went through the lobby around 8 AM each day. They do not over extend themselves on keeping the place neat and clean. Stepping on the floor in front of the toilet made the toilet shake. I would never stay there again.

The carpet in all the hallways were stained. The title floor in the elevator needed to be mopped (spill stains), cable tv didn't work, room was not made up after the first night (of two nights) pool was out of service, breakfast was a box of granola bars and coffee.
