Our stay was wonderful! Everyone was so kind. Surgio who checked us in was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We plan on staying there again in tje future.

Great place,overall clean and nice. Beds seemed a lottle on the smaller side,but great customer service. Drinks at the bar were delicious.

First time staying here . We slept here for nights. We went to universal studios for my sons birthday weekend this hotel is definitely a close and convenient location wife and kids loved this place the guest service was awesome staff was great definitely a great and peaceful location. Only down fall was the jacuzzi was out of service so we were kinda bummed out about it. But we definitely will back.. loved this place.

Absolutely loved it, clean, close to everything. Staff was nice, only negative was the breakfast ran out quick and they didn’t replenish because they didn’t have any more. Overall great experience.

Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea.

Stayed for a few days and had an amazing stay. The staff is so friendly and nice. The room was spacious, breakfast was nice, and bed was very comfortable. Our room was in the street but we didn’t hear street noise. It’s valet parking but they were very quick to get our car and they had it ready when we checked out. We will stay here again.

The hotel was way nicer than expected and the room was immaculate. Me and my girls had a wonderful time. The pool was clean and quiet. It was so close to our destination as well. Amazing staff as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Valet was great. Room not cleaned after first day. TVs not working due to poor internet. No bedding for pull out sofa. Way too much chlorine in hot tub. Overall good trip.

Check in was a little long, gentleman at front desk couldn’t find our reservation so that was a little frustrating. Staff was very friendly and very helpful the entire stay.
The Valet staff was fast and efficient.

Great hotel close to hot spots! Everything in the hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was good. We took an Uber to the walk of fame and universal. Everything was within 20min. The place across the street offered an amazing breakfast option !

We booked a suite for our visit from Australia. Overall most of the hotel was great. Breakfast was fine however it would have been great if some sort of juice was provided.
Our only other issue was the quality of the sofa. It was really uncomfortable. Having paid for a suite we expected that it would be great to sit on. This was not the case.
On checkout the valet at the car was rude and seemed he didn't want to be there. Very unhelpful and we had to restack our luggage into the carboot. All other staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Great that we could get as much drinking water as it was needed.

We stayed for a quick one night trip. We were happy with the area since almost every decent hotel in the LA area seems to become a night life spot on the weekend, but upon our return it was quiet and we heard nothing from our room.
We also really liked that part of the resort fee included valet parking. The room had really nice decor and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of travel. There is a continental breakfast offering of bagels , yougurt, fruit and granola although not a big selection the quality is above average and great way to help start the day before Brunch. overall win we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The older gentleman at the front was very rude to me and my family it’s funny because when he seen the customer that where white he was very nice but because we are Mexican he treated us very badly funny thing is my family was probably the wealthiest at that property that night we may not look Like it but I can bet no has the wealth we do never judge a book by its cover

It is a very nice but older hotel. It is maintained impeccably well but has very limited common area Space. It has a continental breakfast so if you’re looking for anything fancier than that, you’ll need to go elsewhere. And it’s a little pricier than most of the mainstream hotels.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were minor things that while annoying it didn’t it take away from the experience. Like the shower door was very squeaky and the fridge didn’t really work. The things that made up for it were, the staff. They were quick with service and very polite. The room was clean and we could get extra things if needed. We would stay there again.

The Decor was unique and nice. Property was clean. Staff was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Paying $40 a night for valet and breakfast that consist of just bagels , yogurt, coffee and fruit. I’ve stayed at “ continental breakfast “ places and had way more options and better food. I expected more since I had to pay.

Well, of course, I love that they let us check in early and let us check out late – that was wonderful… The staff are very attentive and helpful which is also wonderful… I didn't understand an extra fee that was mentioned when I checked in, something to do with Internet and or something, and that bothered me because Expedia is supposed to be telling you the overall cost in advance… But really, everything was wonderful otherwise

I love how close it is to universal but honestly love the hotel itself so much. It’s beautiful and the staff are all so friendly. It’s the only place we stay when we come to universal and always enjoy ourselves.

My room looked like it had been sitting for days. Ants all over the bathroom counter. A spider behind the toliet. Flies in shower. A dead bug under the TV. Dust webs hanging over bed. Makeup stains on pillows. I was told they would deep clean my room when I complained but they never did. The staff was friendly and the location was in a nice area. They charged me $300 when I arrived for no reason. Still waiting for it back.

Excellent property, lovely room in a convenient location. The only negative and the reason for rating it as 4 star rather than 5 was the very limited breakfast included in the price (no fruit juice or cereal).

This was such a lovely hotel. Loved the decor. They upgraded us to a perfect room with a patio and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on!
It was amazing. Also the staff was great and helpful!
