Fan in bathroom was horrendously loud.

Needs updating. We arrived several hours after check in and needed to wait 30 minutes for them to still clean our room. Room was cleaned well.

Nothing special, definitely get what you pay for. Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, sheets smelled stale, broken fixtures throughout the room.

Maid was cleaning reception desk as I was checking in. Lady had to keep moving around her to check me in. Very strong cleaner odor. When we got to the room, it smelled like a whole bottle of strong cleaner had been poured into room. It made my eyes water and my nose run. We had to open window (which fortunately would open) and leave room for several hours for the room to air out before we could stay in it. Poor lighting/ bathroom had light only over sink; none near shower. lamps at odd places around room so had to get up from bed to turn them off to go to sleep. No shampoo in bathroom. No ice available. The 'breakfast provided' was a prepackaged muffin or granola bar and coffee. Room itself was good, but no amenities that one expects in a nice hotel.

We had to request that our room get cleaned. That's crazy. Our toilet was unclean and we found a condom in the bed. We should've asked for a refund.

It was late when we arrived there was no one at the desk. It would have been helpful to have some indication that the desk attendant would be returning shortly as we couldn’t find anyone to help us. When she finally returned (to our relief!), we got our room. Based on the reviews we read, we had low expectations which was helpful. The halls smelled of fried food (fish?). The room was indeed dingy primarily from age and wear. The bed would have been more comfortable if the mattress wasn’t covered with a crunchy plastic. Would we stay here again? We’d try to avoid it.

The hotel and the room had a bad onion smell it gives motel 1st and last time patronizing this establishment… only needed it for a night so he was ok for what it was used for and its a deposit thats no where in the fine print.

Overall it was very bad experience. Although I was not expecting a 5-star facility, this was below even basic facilities. Air-conditioning in the room was so noisy that it felt like you are sleeping close to traffic signal. Even exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy but at least so you shut it off but no such option with AC. I booked two queen sized beds but the beds in room were actually full sized (doesn't matter what hotel staff claims). Also, they have put some sort of plastic cover on mattresses which made them hot (if AC is off) and noisy when you are sleeping. You can't latch the bathroom door from inside. Stove has two burners out of which only one was functional. No dishwasher in the kitchen. Free breakfast is just for name, there is nothing there. If they don't want to fix the issues I don't understand why they are into this business.

Pretty much just a dump.
The beds have plastic on them, the cabinets open into each other, so you bash your hand every time you open them. The floors were absolutely filth.

Constantly had to go to service desk to because key cards did not work. Fridge kept leaking, no accommodation's were offered to me as far as a discount for inconvenience. Staff was not friendly.

The room was disgusting. There was something all over both chairs in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The plastic cover over the mattress was old and yellowed. The refrigerator was dirty. The room did not look like the pictures at all!!! The breakfast was a granola bar or a mini muffin.

Was very skeptical after reading the negative reviews but still gave it a try, after all, just staying one night, but was pleasantly surprised when I got there, found the room was neat & even had a kitchenette & a full sized fridge.
True the furniture & appliances showed some signs of aging, but nothing terrible.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they advertised the room as having Queen size bed, but in reality, it only had a full size bed. Although that was not a deal breaker for me since I was there alone, & the bed size was adequate for me, but they should have described the bed size correctly

Staff did not advise me of breakfast time or checkout time and charged an unexpected deposit. Room itself was okay, but the remote for the TV was not programmed so the TV was unusable. Kitchen counter was filthy and kitchen supplies were only available on request. Front desk staff left desk unattended at checkout time and did not provide a receipt or a thank you.

We just needed a place to sleep for the night at the last minute, so this was fine for that. I would not recommend staying more than one night. The whole place looks like it was built 30 years ago and hasn't been updated once. The room had been cleaned, but that didn't hide old stains on the sink and toilet, chipped off pieces on furniture and walls, worn out carpet. Beds were not very comfortable. I've also never been explicitly told that our security deposit would be "held until the room had been checked". I'm not sure what damage we could have done that would have made this place look like more of a dump than it already did.

Very surprised about the condition when we went into the room, we thought we would have dishes to cook with forks and spoons, but you have to ask for them, the burners were rusty and disgusting, shower and fridge was gross and not cleaned or sanitized, I ask the front desk why we don’t have the necessary items for us to cook, there excuse was Covid and they said it is easier to keep behind the front desk so they don’t have to clean items after every visiter, but over all it was just a bed and shower — just fyi get your selves some cleaning products before you stay here, disappointed on our stay, just fyi grab and go breakfast shouldn’t even be offered, coffee sucks and snacks were individual wrapped old tasting products.. I can go on and on but it will take a while to calm down from Expedia allowing such a place ——- WOW

The property seemed neglected, but the room was extremely dirty. The window was open, probably to try to reduce the smell of very pungent cooking that had taken place. The bathroom was also very dirty, and once my husband stepped on a bug on the bedroom floor we decided to leave the hotel and book elsewhere. Not a place I would ever recommend!
