Booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub, check in and was told hot tub was broken. Breakfast was poor, biscuit and gravy and waffle. No eggs no bacon, not the breakfast we have become used to at Country Inn and Suites.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Convenient location just off the freeway. Breakfast was ok. Could use a remodel but great deal for the price.
There were 2 buses of high school cheerleaders staying there the same night... girls were running up and down the hall, talking very loudly well past midnight. Morning staff was apologetic but I felt the night staff could've done more. Hotel itself was good but didn't get a lot of sleep, so that colors my feedback.

Do not stay in this unclean and unsafe place. The floor tile was cracked and moved under your feet. The grout was missing and mold was all over the bathroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Front desk and staff were courteous and prompt, the room was clean, breakfast was plenty, and it was overall a great half-way stop for me on my way to Colorado... and a good location to walk my little dog.

I liked that they had large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. This is better for the environment, however, they should also have the body wash in the shower and not next to the sink. Otherwise, you have to remember to get the body wash on your rag before getting in the shower 😜. I also liked the adjustable shower head. To have it more like a lite rain or more focused.

The hot tub was not available and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel after a 9 hour drive. There was almost NO water pressure, reminded me of the old joke about having to run around in the shower to get wet. Good breakfast.

It was decent. The room had some wear and tear, but was comfortable. Shower was great with hand bars for safety. Loved that there was a night light!

We are very impressed with the quality of the inn and the friendliness of the staff member when we checked in. Our room was clean, passed my smell test, was comfortable and spacious. I was especially happy to see the iron and ironing board! We would gladly stay here again.

Just stayed one unplanned night on a road trip and was immediately impressed by the front desk clerk. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant and seemed happy to help. If I ever visit Topeka for a longer stay I’ll definitely stay there again.

The staff was attentive, cheerful and polite. The hot tub was heated really nicely! And the pool was a great temp too.
Our room had wet carpers though, it was the strangest thing. Not soaking but wet, socks would get damp and by morning, the clothes that set on the chair for morning were damp. Good luck.

I had a one night stay and for what I paid for it, I wouldve gotten a better deal at another place i'd stayed at previously down the street. My room was above the lobby and you could hear EVERYTHING. I had worked an overnight shift the night before and had stayed up for a friend's and didn’t get to the hotel until 5pm... so was going on 35hrs no sleep so usually I am passed out... not in this place! The bed was u comfortable, it smelled like cigarettes but i was too tired to change rooms, my room shampoo had already been opened, and the noise level woke me up every hour to 2 hours... it served a purpose, a bed, but definitely was not worth the price i paid for a supposedly better star review.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was on par with other hotels. Though we didn’t swim, the pool looked pretty nice. Was a parking area for trailers. Hallway smelled strongly of marijuana, which we did not appreciate, room did not. Was ok for the price. Area around the hotel was just ok. I did worry about theft but all was fine.

It was clean. The curtains were nice and dark. The pool was great. Although it was a bit warm. They gave us a room where we couldn't see our car, so they swapped rooms so we could see our car for my room. They were wonderful. Could have been a few more breakfast selections. But not a big deal

Room seemed damp and smelled of cigarettes.
Refrigerator made a gurgling sound all night.
Carpet needs shampoo. My sock were dirty from walking on it.
Water pressure in sink and shower was pitiful.

It was very clean and well maintained and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing. Hats off to whoever decided to paint it blue. My kids raved about how it is like swimming in a warm ocean!

The property is well maintained. Tornado safety is an issue. But all in all it was a great place to stay.

Our check-in was fine - the clerk was efficient and nice. When we got up to our room, we were greeted with non-stop barking from a dog. The people across the hall were leaving as the dog had been barking non-stop for 45 minutes. We asked to switch rooms. The clerk was reluctant but eventually agreed - we told him we were leaving if he couldn’t give us a different room. Parking was only available at the Burger King next door - he said it was the hotel’s parking lot. Once we got to our new room, we slept well.
