First of all.let start by saing when walking into the lobby. The was a smell carpet was dirty. Iys was a male sitting inside loud using foul language while on the phone
The room had a smell.also. there was no cups or ice machine.
They heat system was loud running could not
sleep. Didn'task to change room due to the fact its late.
They also stated that they had xontentinel breakfast. Which they did not .just coffee and donuts. Walls need to be repaint.and trash in the hallway. Carpet needs to fresh. No drinking wayet

Good enough for one night for me and my husband, but embarrassed we treated my parents to a night here before our cruise. My parents deserve so much better!!!!

The hotel mainly rents weekly and some sketchy people around! Very unorganized ! Four people at checkin ! One working three looking on!!! Very slow!!!
It was impossible to regulate the water in the shower either ice cold or scalding hot!!
Bread crumbs on kitchen shelf and the mirror in the room not clean!

The place was filthy the mattresses were horrible we did not stay my kids did not want to stay there I was very disappointed because I've stayed a few times at different hotels that you won't and I was just shocked how dirty the hotel was and how the mattresses were horrible

Fisrt, customer service wanst good. The actual room smelled, many broken parts of the kitchen area and bathrooms. The phone did not work, every time i needed to communicate to the lobby i had to walk down to the lobby. i requested the coffee machine and never got it. worst part was the random fire alarms going off every certain minutes in the middle of the night. it really didnt let me sleep. i communicated to the staff and they knew the issue but they chose not to fix it until i shpw them a video of how load it was. i honestly recommend not to stay here, spending an extra 30 dollars a night somewhere else is worth it. i stayed there before a few years ago but something went terribly wrong in the past 2 years.

So, as my husband said, they earned both stars. The room was clean, with the exception of the dust strings hanging from the ceiling, but run down. Holes in the carpet and tears in the dust ruffle. Our favorite part was the sign that they would give the police access to your room if they showed up:-). It served its purpose though. We needed a place to sleep, so in that department it was 5 stars. Basically, I'm not paying $500 for one night, just to see a show, or walk Ellis Island.

Level of noise is perfect.
However, when wanting to talk to the person in front desk, no one was there to talk to. Thank gos I didn’t have to leave or was not in an emergency. But imagine if I had an emergency. No one there to talk to.
Breakfast said in the website and this morning I got a coffee and a muffin. There were not enough cups for everyone, there was a sign that they had oatmeal. They only had the picture. Don’t want to stay again anymore.

A good hotel for the value. The breakfast was on the go. The hotel Manager RAY ABDUL was exceptional. On the whole, it was at a convenient location to the Jersey Mills mall and a free shuttle to the Newark airport for easy links to Manhattan.

The reception is a bit chaotic: sometimes long queues, sometimes no one there, sometimes helpless. But otherwise everything was good. Good air conditioning, very close to the shopping all Jersey Garden. Check-out at noon was possible.

I stayed there for two nights, even though they said free breakfast, my first day they only had coffee and muffin, second day just the coffee. Complete false advertisement.

This is a sleezy spot and kinda shady! Everything is noticeably old and the bathroom tub at some point was cracked cheaply fixed and covered up with a tub mat.There was no hot water, just slightly warm. I was only checked in for a few hours and the maid tried to enter my room without even knocking. Luckily I had the door lock on and she couldn’t enter, this is why I said shady.

My plans got changed and I ended up having to stay here, and I did a day by day pay and they were so good about that. The only problem I had was it went from $110-$174 on the weekends and that was a little too expensive for me, but other than that, I had a great time there and the beds were very comfortable

Front desk Jermaine was courteous and provided great customer service.
Also the driver Charles was nice and helpful.
Only thing we must say was that there was only one plastic cup ,only one soap and bed sheet looked very old.
