Breakfast OUTSTANDING! Clean….. My husband and I have been coming for over 20 years for our Anniversary. We love it and enjoy the quietness & relaxing atmosphere. Full breakfast is amazing. Update on rooms has been somewhat consistent .

Palm Desert is a beautiful area and this property has a small resort type feel.

Very rundown property, not worth the price . Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Thanks god we were there only one night, but was the most uncomfortable

I stayed 8 nights and in those 8 nights I only got my room kind of cleaned once dispite my asking almost every day.

They treat you with respect

The cooked breakfast was great.

The sheets were dirty; they had lipstick on them The property had trash outside the doors of hotel rooms. As if someone got evicted and they left all their belongings there. The trash cans were overflowing and there was trash bags filled with trash sitting next to the trash cans. The hotel doors didn’t close well, unless the door was slammed very hard. It also appeared that they were housing some unhoused people there. I didn’t feel safe. I would have rather paid more money and stayed somewhere else and felt safe and had clean bed sheets.

Everyone is very nice and the check in was simple. They provided a map of the property. So we didn't get lost. Breakfast was excellent and made to order.

I love staying here it's quite and a perfect get away hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was nice and comfortable. The AC worked well, have a good breakfast every day and will not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Two women traveling to see a concert at Acrisure Arena. The surrounding area is nice and we felt very safe staying here! The breakfast was made to order and delicious! Would stay again!

I was going to stay longer but there were things about the hotel that I didn't love. For the price, it was ok. The breakfast options were sufficient and the attendant was great. The room itself was ok, just dated. I don't love staying in hotels where the door to enter is accessible to anyone off the street which is a big reason I left. I prefer for the room doors to be facing inside of the hotel for security reasons. I didn't have easy access to an ice machine where my room was and the pool left something to be desired. The office staff were great though. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

we really enjoyed our stay! the service was excellent and i was very comfortable here. our first room had poor internet connectivity but we were switched to another room immediately where the connection was great. rooms are just as i remember them from many years ago, but despite the lack of an update, it suited our needs perfectly. separated living room, bathroom and bedroom means one can sleep in or go to bed early without being disturbed by tv or bathroom noise. breakfast was fantastic as always, and helps keep food costs down when out of town. serving until 10am is also a big plus, as other places with inferior continental breakfasts stop serving at 9. staff is super friendly and helpful too, and will make slight adjustments to the cooked-to-order breakfasts like adding cheese or giving extra bacon. my only complaint was that there were several insects in the room. i trapped & released a few moths, killed a handful of mosquitos each day (we stayed 3 nights), and a few spiders. it’s odd because our first room was only 3 doors down but i didn’t notice any insects in that room- i truly suspected that perhaps the doors to the buggy room had been left open for a while, perhaps by a previous guest. overall i would stay again, as i have dozens of times over the years. it’s one of the few places i’ve found with separate rooms, fridge & microwave, and GREAT breakfast.

Badly needed updating (paint, carpet, bed, etc) AC quit working in our room. The person who came to fix it told us we didn't set it right. Finally the next day we got someone to actually fix it. Sweltered all night

I’ve been to 47 states. Countless hotel stays. This is top 3 hotel breakfast of all time. Cooked to order eggs, bacon, pancakes, hashbrowns. And all the usual stuff too.

Check-in was super easy. Felicia and Joey at the front desk, were super polite and diligent. Breakfast was excellent. And again, very friendly staff.

It was a great stay, unfortunately only for one night. But we will book again when we are ever again in Palm Springs
