Beautiful place not far from the old Annecy. We had a beautiful room with a view on the lake and we highly recommend it. We also rented bikes from the hotel to bike around the entire lake. We will go back for sure. High five to Remy and Elise for their excellent service!

Wonderful hotel. Amazing views! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Reception for organising balloons and a delicious cake for my daughter’s birthday. Will definitely be going back. I would say that service in the hip bar on the terrace could be slow sometimes. Staff don’t often make eye contact and concentrate more on refreshing tables even when not busy. This was frustrating. Unfortunately, there is a beach bar (Le pop) very close to the hotel which had very loud booming music which wasn't in keeping with the area. I think it was a special event. We had to keep our balcony doors closed on a beautiful sunny day. Other days were not too bad. We will check their website before we book next time. Overall a great stay.

Nice hotel, best location and friendly staff

Very pleasant hotel with great views from our room Complementary bottle of wine in the room and bottled water. Dinner seevice was slow one of the evenings but there were a lot of people eating and too few waiting staff.

Expensive hotel. Top floor with portal window was disappointing although view was good. Don’t order food at the bar as it was mediocre at best.

Beautiful location and grand old hotel, fantastic atmosphere in the town and well worth a visit. Food at the hotel not great, enjoyed the local boulangerie more than the hotel food, and was far better value. People watching in the park was better than any hotel entertainment. Service generally ok. Location is the biggest selling point

Absolutely gorgeous hotel on the lake in Annecy. The location is perfect. The views from your rooms were stunning. The buffet breakfast on the terrace was amazing!

What a stunning hotel with very friendly, caring staff. Will be back again.

Key cards don't work so you have to ne escorted back to your room every time you have left it. As during the last five or more stays the airconditioning in this negelcted place is not working: 18 degrees set by the staff yields you heating that ensures 30 degrees-plus. No way to sleep when you open the windows and shut off the dysfunctionate a/c: Very busy road and lotta noises ofof happy partygoers. If you want to sleep a minute when you are in Biberach avoid this place.

Might have had to high expectations of imperial being the best hotel in Annecy. The reception and valet was fine, nothing special. But the restaurant staff really ruined the experience of a luxury hotel. Overall I would say, nothing was extraordinary or special about our stay and I think others will have just as good of luck trying less expensive hotels in the area.

Fabulous stay - location great, room very comfortable and all the staff were so helpful

The staff at L'imperial were all incredibly wonderful and really made this stay special, thank you all. The restaurant at the hotel was so good that we barely ate anywhere else! We had a wonderful view in our room and the location was perfect for a bike ride to any beach or to the town.

Concierge staff very helpful. Housekeeping great. Restaurant/Bar wait staff excellent. Dance party until 2:00AM 2 nights of our stay in a tent set up 15 meters from our room was unacceptable. Air conditioning in our room did not work the last two days of our stay. Host and wait staff at Brasserie argued over our seating more than once while witnessed the exchange.

Wonderfully attentive staff. Great concierge. Nothing too much for them and the food was excellent. If ever in the area again, we will be staying at L’Imperial!

The Hotel itself is stunning with breathtaking views of Lake Annecy .

Lovely hotel, fab location with very helpful front of house staff especially the concierge. Restaurant was a little disappointing- slow service, limited menu and in our case 15mins after ordering we were advised our choice was no longer available. Would definitely stay again but may walk into Annecy town next time which has some amazing restaurants. As an additional benefit the concierge took care of charging our car and electricity was reasonably priced.

Grand hotel located beautifully by the lake. Great rooms and facilities, but the staff had no idea what they were doing. No help getting even the most basic services.

Perfect combination of the location, architecture, style and services. The staff makes you feel at home and welcomed! Valet parking and free access to the Spa included. Casino in the building. Walking distance to the old city center along the lake shore, fine dining and much more... One downside for us was very limited English language and sport TV channels. We walk a lot, but not that much)))

A perfect match of location, history, service and food. Walking around the lake,visiting the old city combined with great French cousin and Alps on the back is hard to beat!

We stopped for 2 nights on our way to the Alps. All the staff were excellent. Breakfast and Brasserie meals very good. Room was very Comfortable. Lovely walk along the lake in to town.

The service is exceptional, the location is perfect.
