A lovely location, so. So convenient to all we wanted to do. The staff were so helpful especially Janice at the front desk. Rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the morning breakfast! Be sure to try the yummy waffles and other baked goods. Would definitely stay here again!!

July 19, 2924. The fitted sheet and mattress pad did not fit the mattress. As a result the sheet and pad were not properly affixed on one corner at the head of the bed. We tried to make these items fit to the mattress but were not able to do so. Neither was a staff member who was dispatched to help. Our main concern was less the “failure to fit” than the fact that the staff had to know the problem existed and failed to see it resolved. So our complaint is really about the communication and management system that seemed to be satisfied that it was OK with letting the customer have a problem. July 20, 2024. Our room was not serviced during our all-day absence. As the computer system was down due to the Microsoft outage we understand the burden on the staff having to run the hotel using manual processing. With respect, Joe Senecal

Friendly, accommodating staff — upon check in we were told our room was not ready and they weren’t able to give us a time when it would be ready. Check in is 3pm, our room was ready at 6pm. We were comped free parking ($15) for the inconvenience. The room was very clean once we were able to check in. No additional issues.

I liked the ease of parking and the fact that you used your key to enter the building and to use the elevators. It made it feel very safe.

Great place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay. the only issues I had are the cleaning staff did not take the trash out or make the bed. I clean up behind myself because I don't like messes, so the trash was neatly ready for them and I straightened the bed so they could make it. Neither happened. The room was beautiful and spacious, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost nonexistent; hey really need to work on that. Other than that, it was a nice place and a nice location to get to my events.

The staff was amazing, they were very helpful. There was on-site parking close to restaurants and shops. Only 7 minutes away from the event center that we needed to attend. Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating.
