The stay was wonderfully restful. We were able to grab a few pre-wrapped muffins and coffee on our way to our event, and returned to a nice quiet room. The accessible restroom was a God send, and we appreciated how close you were to the venue. We will definitely use you again if we attend SyFi Pop Fest.

I've never had a bad experience at a Microtel. Room was in good condition. A/C was cold, bed was comfy, staff was friendly and got a free chocolate chip cookie at check in,and continental breakfast 😋

we found this motel to be clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It is adjacent to a great Barbecue place which we enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Well first of all when I got here my reservation wasn't there apparently it was booked in another hotel something was mixed up so when I got here the woman was not very polite but it wasn't a big deal once it took about an hour and a half to get everything situated I get to the room it was very hot and the mirror and the wall were very dirty and it took about 4 hours for it to cool off in the bedroom and then the overnight man that was bald and heavy set was very vulgar and inappropriate and said weird things and was looking me up and down and when I said something he got very upset I asked her late check out and they told me a time and then they kept calling me at the room this morning wondering why I wasn't checked out because someone didn't put it computer

The stay was absolutely horrible because the power went out at night, we were not able to shower, nor wash clothes, we had no lights, no ventilation, couldn't open windows, toss and turning from bein so hot and there was no water down in lobby in the morning when your supposed to get a breakfast, they didn't even provide water, which to me, didn't make sense cuz they all know there's a storm coming, wouldn't they do something, have a back up generator or something... i honest to God love staying at the microtel any other time but they did no planning for this storm so all the reasons i would stay there, didn't happen so idk what to say. I'd really really like a refund to be honest

Our room was dirty and had alot of hair all over stuff like the towles and floor. The beds stunk as if they hadn't been washed. The front desk dude was friendly and helpful. But alot of the facilities were broken such as the washer, dryer, coin machine, etc.

Great room very clean and the beds comfortable. The kids liked the sitting area next to the window to relax at. I liked that the tv was angled so that you could easily watch tv while laying back. The bathroom was very clean and had lots of towels and the water got hot quickly. The breakfast was a nice basic breakfast of cereal, yogurt, bagels but you could also make waffles and pancakes. We had a great time.

O my goodness the breakfast was horrible unclean orange juice tasted old no apple juice waffle maker was so unclean pancake maker was uncook coffee taste burnt. Well it was close to my place I was going. No I think twice next time and read reviews

Hotel looks nice from the outside, lobby is clean and organized. The room was dated and had a lingering damp, musty smell. There was a large mirror as part of the headboard and another mirror on the wall across from the foot of the bed. The ugly brown carpet just felt grungy under your feet. The room was in dire need of an upgrade. Getting rid of the carpet and mirrors would be srongly suggested. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The management allows smokers under the entrance overhang and the area is littered with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes lingers. I would not recommend this hotel

We had a room with one queen bed. The room was SMALL, but it was fine for two adults for two nights.
Every staff member I came across was extremely nice & welcoming! We even got a phone call 30 minutes after we checked out letting us know we left 3 unopened bottles of juice & a can of red bull in the fridge. We were just up the road getting lunch & when we picked it up, they had it in the office fridge keeping it cold. I thought that was so nice & honest of the housekeeper of floor 2 & the receptionist!
We will be back due to our experience!
