Looks are very deceiving, booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was broken,air conditioner was not working properly. It would only work if it was on coldest setting then the room was too cold. Window would only open 4 inches so I had to call to see if they had a fan the lady that answered spoke little English and said she would look for a fan and call me back. I waited for a call which I never got instead I got a loud knock on the door at1:20am with a brokendown fan that was a noisy fire hazard. So I got NO SLEEP! I'm disabled and I needed the jacuzzi that's why I booked this hotel plus the air conditioner not working properly was also an issue with my disabilities. This hotel was not ADA compliant or at least this room wasn't. Very disappointing, especially disappointing having the Hilton name attached to it.I expected better from a Hilton hotel. I was absolutely worthless in my business class the next morning because I got NO SLEEP!

Thin walls heard neighbors tv first night all night. Had to call downstairs to call them and ask them to turn off tv. which they did promptly. Thankyou. Otherwise good stay

It was a new Hampton located off 101 it’s location also nestled in the hills. Pretty scenery while sitting at the pool. No noise including street noise

Easy access to the freeway, several dining options within a few miles and friendly staff. My family and I had a late afternoon flight to Europe and they had no problem accommodating our request for a late checkout of 1pm.

This hotel is one of the nicest Hamptons I’ve stayed. Only complaint was breakfast; weakest selection I’ve seen in a Hampton. We had potato cakes (room temp), sausage patties (room temp) with no scrambled/premade eggs, however, we had gravy and biscuits. I understand the staff said eggs would be on a different day. Very weird. Then the yogurt was a very small serving that wasn’t cold/chilled. Maybe they should contact the Hampton in Hays, KS and get some ideas!

Friendliest staff and beautifully renovated location with spacious rooms and all the necessities. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

Check was easy. Room was remodeled. Not as clean but was easily forgotten due to amenities offered and how great other things were: gym, staff, free breakfast, quiet, comfortable beds, close to a lot great things. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

This is the best Hampton Inn we have stayed in. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Very modern, quiet and clean, with a friendly staff. Love all the trees around the property, which gave it more of an east coast feel. Will definitely stay here again!

Close to the 101 and gas stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and the hot choices change slightly each day. Otherwise, toast, pastries, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, self-made mini waffles, etc. are available everyday. The rooms are a good size and are well appointed, though the AC unit can be noisy. Shopping and restaurants are 5-15 minutes away.
Overall the property is very good value for the area.

We were only there for one night, while visiting family in the area. However, my husband and I have discussed specifically looking for other Hampton Inns in our future travels. My husband was so pleased with the quality of the free breakfast, which is one of the things I look for. He likes breakfast and I don't, so getting a place where he can go while I slowly wake up with my morning coffee is important. According to him, it was special. And finally, this was 3 days from the end of a 2 week trip. We found they had a guest laundry for us to use; and we used it at 10pm at night. Good for us.

I really like staying at this hotel when I have to come up for business bc the front desk staff is always very nice and the rooms are clean. BUT, this past weekend was a sold out day/night & the breakfast was a COMPLETE ShitShow both nights! The only reason why I pay the slightly higher price is bc I know I will get a free breakfast. But there was no food for about an hour and then the minute they put out food they shut the doors. The preparedness was NOT there & the attendant who was working the space was either new or young or just inexperienced in time management and how to run a kitchen space. This was NOT okay & no one who worked there seemed to care that this was taking place or occurring. I'm pretty sure there has been new management in the last year at the space and they are doing a TERRIBLE job!

We had a handicap room which was nice but the shower was not good when there's not enough towels to clean up the shower and it's an accident waiting to happen.

Great hotel to stay in. Clean rooms, decent shower pressure, wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub. We specifically chose this location because it was just north of Malibu (where we enjoyed the beaches) and west of Hollywood (where we enjoyed sightseeing). Safety is also of utmost concern to me and my family and Agoura Hills is a safe town to be in. Yes, there is a bit fo a drive to Malibu (30min) and to HOllywood (1hr), but you don't have to pay an arm and a leg when it comes to pricing in Malibu or Santa Monica.

Updated hotel was great. Breakfast varies daily. Very attentive staff to breakfast area. Grounds were clean and you felt safe in this area.

Very nice room comfortable bedding. Staff helpful and always available. Laundry facilities came in handy. Breakfast was convenient and good variety. Slamming doors at 4 and 5 am ….inconsiderate guests. Wish there was a fix for that. The air conditioner ran a little warm so had to turn down quite a bit lower than usual. Overall very pleasant stay.
