At check in we were suddenly informed that parking was $30, and if something happened to our vehicle the hotel was not responsible. There was a homeless person who kept coming in and out of the hotel,, and as my husband and 9 year old son we’re pulling up saw her urinate in a bush in front of the Hotel. They next day she came back to breakfast and was grabbing food. My husband informed them again that she was in the hotel and the police had to be called.

Hotels.com website shows “airport shuttle”.
Our flight today leaving SFO is @ 1:50 PM. Front desk advised us on arrival that shuttle service stopped at 9:45 AM. Checking Hampton Inn Burlingame website shows no shuttle at all. Message this morning from hotels.com on behalf of Hampton Inn shows shuttle available from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Hampton Inn manager says they expect and all of their customers call the hotel to verify that the shuttle schedule. He was unapologetic and while we were talking @9:10 AM he allowed the last shuttle to leave without us. This is bad service and I expect compensation for the $17 Uber ride we had to take. One key cash is acceptable.

It was a very nice experience. It’s our go to hotel when landing and having to stay in SFO area for one night. But, we always hope they will refresh the hotel. Update the rooms and conditions. Otherwise, the staff is always been incredible.

We were disappointed in our stay for a variety of reasons. The Hotels.com site promised airport shuttle...and the shuttle only started at 4:00 pm which was later than we arrived, so we had to take a taxi for $25+. The hotel was "tired", typically the beds at Hampton Inns are very comfortable, but not here. The air conditioner only worked sporadically, and was a very noisy hotel (outside noises). Overall, very disappointed based on Hotels.com ratings and reviews.

First there was no desk staff either at check in or departure. The Hotel is old and tIred. I stayed at 2 other hotels in the bay area and it was the poorest of the 3. There is a gleaming, new Hampton Inn on the North Side of SFO. Problem is there is no shuttle service to SFO from the newer Hampton Inn. The SFO shuttle from the hotel under review was adequate.

The airport shuttle has limited times. Nothing after 9:15am until 5pm. Very inconvenient for midday flights.

Good hotel overall. Clean, good beds, and conveniently located near the airport. Airport shuttle available. However, there were very few shuttle pick up and drop off times available so we ended up having to uber to and from the airport.

Great for a one night stay after a late flight. The building is kind of old but the room was pretty nice. The sheets had a small stain on them and there was what looked like a blood stain on the curtains. The free breakfast in the morning was great. We were able to easily check in at 2am. Like a 6 minute car ride from the airport.

The service seemed poor. No one ever answered my calls to the front desk or house keeping, so I had to go to the lobby asking for towels. We stayed for two nights, and the room did not get cleaned up at all
as I was told that they only do the cleaning every other day. I was charged $30 per night for parking a car at the hotel although it was stated parking is included when I booked the hotel room on Expedia.

Best thing about this place is location to sfo for early morning flight. You do hear the air traffic from room. Also parking is a bit of a ripoff. Common areas could have used a deep cleaning. But otherwise decent Hampton Inn

The front desk staff were friendly. We arrived early but they had a room for us ready. Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing wrong was the tv remote had some buttons that didn’t work (volume being one of them) so we used our laptop.

Great location, close to airport with free on-site parking. Checkin was a little strange as they couldn’t find my booking under my name, only after I called Hotels.com and asked for confirmation number, they were able to find it with the confirmation number, not sure if it’s how their system works with booking via Hotels.com

Not great. A little run down. Hallway doors to back of house open and dirty. Room was clean and nice but view was on to a construction site and hotel was not full. And a bit expensive for what you get and a $25 dollar “resort fee”. Lol. This was no resort. Close to airport but so many options. My advice look for another.

We only stayed one night and found the property dark and dated. What we certainly did not care for was the staff checking us in. Unfriendly, uncaring and shabby looking.
We checked in around 4.30 pm July 24th.

We were able to check-in early which was great since our flight had been canceled and we had not planned on being in town. Had to Uber to shopping but there are a few restaurants within a few blocks. Breakfast was available and they shuttle to SFO.

This property is a little outdated but it is a good place for a sleep, a shower, and a semi okay breakfast. Parking is easy. We also were able to check bags after check out to see the city which was a nice perk. Stayed with small kids.

The rooms were nice and clean. We didn’t eat the free breakfast at 6:30 because our shuttle left at 6:00. They did have coffee out and a grab bag with an apple, water, and a bagel with packs of peanut butter and jelly. We stayed here for less than 24 hours in order to catch an early flight.
