Pretty sure its a shelter for homeless.

This hotel is infested with cockroaches, we did not stay the night. Due to booking through hotels.com the refused to give us a refund. They were kind enough to offer us a 20% discound for the night. I just shake my head, if you know you have an infestation deal with it.

Good location. Cleaning can be improved.

The hotel was fine. The staff was friendly. The pillows were not comfortable and the lighting was weird.

Room needed to be updated, bed was in bad shape, shower had mold, tv remotes dont work, no coffee cups.

This was a budget hotel by the highway. It was a good value and perfectly fine for the money. There were multiple 'little things' that could be fixed/improved in the room.

Excellent room

The staff is all very nice and friendly. I had towels when needed for the 4 of us. I did feel that the hotel was not as clean as it could have been. There was dirty hand prints on the walls, the curtains were dirty, the top bead spread was dirty and we noticed a large stain on one of the blankets after we had slept in it all night. The room/bathroom doors are scraped with probably cleaning trollies and one of the rooms we stayed in had marks on the door where the dead bolt had been pulled off and moved and was hardly hanging onto its current position. We had stayed in 2 different rooms throughout our stay and both were pretty much the same condition. one of the rooms had a drawer that wouldnt stay closed and would fully open. The shower in one of the rooms had a nozzle that sprayed 2 different directions, one directly into your face and the other spraying down to the ground. It looks like it was maybe broken as changing the setting position didnt work. Breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed in many hotels for hockey and have never come across one that offers breakfast but had no eggs, bacon or sausage. Waffles was the only warm option. There was options for toast and bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit and cereal. The pool is rented out daily to swimming lessons, its not a big enough pool to have swimming lessons ontop of the people who have paid s premium for a hotel with a pool. Behind the check in counter had very worn out chairs for their staff to use.

Beds were dirty stained sheets, mice droppings on bedding. The hotel itself was very noisy Would not stay here again

The beds are horrible, hard and stiff, as well as the pillows, very hard and stiff, couldn’t sleep all night due to the uncomfortable bed, woke up stiff and sore, bones cracking, I don’t recommend this hotel

The pictures of the property need to be updated. The room is actually very old, felt very humid as ac was not functional. Lots of damages on the wall. The washroom is very filthy and moldy. The stairs area stunk really bad. I dont recommend this place.

It was nice and quiet, room was good!

Nice location in Ajax, not far from the 401. We had a comfortable stay, but had lots of difficulty getting the TVs to operate (no remote controls available in the room, and when obtained we had to have one of the Roger's tv boxes charged as it didn't function). Front office staff were helpful in getting the problem fixed. The TVs should be checked to ensure they are operational before clients arrive for their stay.

Wider selection at breakfast, close it at 10am every day of the week.

Breakfast closed at 9. Rooms were not the closest.

I was offered an “upgraded room” by the desk clerk when I checked in. It was far from it! The room was very small, dirty and in poorly maintained, (I took pictures). The A/C sounded like a subway train leaving the station! There was absolutely no place to hang my clothing. Not impressed! My bad for not refusing immediately and demanding the room I had booked.

Great front desk service, but terrible sleep environment due to an extremely noisy heating/cooling unit that never stops and can’t be turned off!

The staff and location within walking distance to the go station were great. The pool is small but nice and warm (though the room too cold). The breakfast was plain but good. But the hotel needs some serious tlc. It's clearly a family run business which is awesome, but having 5 guys in suits around instead of 4 guys plus a handiman seems redundant.

They gave us the wrong room and wouldn’t correct their mistake. Offered a discount but have not delivered. Very dirty, breakfast selection was terrible. Very loud at all hours of the night.
