We only stayed overnight the hotel was busy but everything was nice and tidy and clean the staff were very attentive. Check in and check out very swift.

Noisy slamming of bedroom doors. People bringing buggies into the dining area with so little space already. Children running around the dining area and serving themselves at the food counter - where it clearly asks parents not to allow this. Low grade tv set, lack of tv channel options and poor reception.

Great family friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend! We felt very safe here and brilliant facilities for children of all ages and the staff were amazing too! So friendly and helpful.

What’s a fantastic hotel, food was amazing and we upgraded to all inclusive gold when we arrived and not bed and breakfast and the drinks was all named and I couldn’t fault anything about it. The bar staff was also good made you laugh and never waited to be served enough staff on at all times. Will return with our grandson as hotel is excellent for children. Great location too.

We stayed for 1 night only, we could have done with another night or two to enjoy more of the facilities but it was clean,The staff were very friendly & efficient,Check in was quick and easy,Rooms were ready on arrival,Food was fabulous,We had an enjoyable & comfortable stay,I would definitely recommend this hotel & I would stay again.

Good hotel with good location. Lack of parking make us loose more then two hours. If it is such a shortage of parking to hotel guests, then there could be some prepared instructions, maps etc that could help. Now we get a short description on a large town map. Impossible to find... And what are all this rules of parking??? Blue lines, yellow lines and many more... A very tight complex city to try to park in. With children and 34 degrees that ask for the pool make it a nightmare.
Breakfast was good but we could not see any logic that we could sit together 6 pax inside but not outside,,, due to covid could only sit 3 + 3.....
Personell helpful and kind and we could come back for sure. But should check more about parking first...

Stayed here for 5 nights in February and had excellent time. Easy walking distance to beach/everything. We had bed and breakfast and breakfast was fantastic. Our 11 year old loved the activities in the hotel. Alex and the team were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Though we only had a short stay it was lovely from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff and the food was amazing. Best hotel i have stayed in Benidorm and i have been to a few.

Stayed here for a short break at beginning of Feb. Fabulous hotel a short walk from Levante Beach and near bother the Old and New town. Entertainment was great with 2 acts on each night. Lots of choice in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Fabulous hotel, lovely and central to old and new town. Very clean and food amazing with so much choice. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there and surprisingly the hotel popped a bottle of cava and chocs in the room. Waiter, Carlos, presented us at the evening meal with a birthday cake. Great waiter. It's the touches at the hotel that makes it so lovely, calling u by your first name. Even on arrival checking in late we were presented with a bag of sandwiches fruit biscuits water. Well done to all the staff you have made our stay very memorable. We will b back. Thank u x

Booked last minute when I arrived in Benidorm the staff were Helpful and polite, the room was clean with plenary of towels etc.

A decent hotel, well-organized and in a good location. The room was nice and clean and even with a bathtub. My room was on the other side of the building, and had no balcony and no sun. There is a outside pool on the ground floor, but I didn't use it. There was a safe in the room, but one needs to pay extra for its use. The dining room was nice, well-organized, but there was little Spanish food for my taste. Most guests in March were +70 year-old people from Britain and some from Spain.

The hotel location was excellent, close to the beach, shopping and nightlife. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The variety of food was plentiful and there was always something of choice even for the fussiest of eaters.

Very happy with hotel few things not good but not worth mentioning close to beach few minutes walk to old and new town which was great. Had complementary champagne from hotel as was my birthday. Overall experience very happy

The first room was two single beds so the receptionist changed our room to a double bed. The day after my birthday we had complementary champagne and chocolate. Which was a very nice surprise.we requested a kettle and tea/ coffee which were given to us within the hour of asking. Staff were all very polite helpful and nothing you asked them was a problem to do.
