Friendly service and beautiful hotel.

Very nice little hotel, the staff are amazing and quickly responded to our pre-vacation emails. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and taken care of quickly. The hotel is situated perfectly away from the hustle and bustle…but steps away from all the amazing sites to see in Quebec City. Rooms are just like the photos, very clean and comfortable!!

Historic building with all the modern amenities (including a self serve wine dispenser and sparkling still chilled water dispenser). Excellent staff and very close to several amazing restaurants. Easy walk to cruise terminal.

Wonderful hotel. Great room. The only suggestion is the bathroom needs a railing for the stairs. I fell and broke my toe on the stairs!

Did not like the decor, out of character for the area. Shower fixture was very hard to “tune” No on site parking, $40/ for valet parking, cos no on site parking. Staff were good and friendly.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Quebec City. It is on a street with small art galleries, and a very short walk from the gorgeous Rue Petit de Champlain. We did upgrade the room and still, it was very small, you can just about walk around the bed. I’ve heard this is the case in the majority of the rooms in the olde buildings. Maybe with a higher upgrade you would get more.

Great location, nice room and really excellent staff. We would definitely stay here again. We also loved the fact that there was a proper cappuccino maker accessible for free 24 hours per day in the foyer in addition to our in-room tea and coffee making ability. This was a nice touch when we felt like something a bit more special. There were two options for parking - valet $40 per day with in/out privileges. We chose self parking at $20 per day. It was a short walk from the hotel and the hotel allowed us to park in their curbside loading zone area to check-in and take our luggage in and then explained where to go. It worked well for us. We even went on a day trip to I’ll d-Orléans and returned with the overall cost remaining at the $20 per day ($15 was paid upon entry from our day trip - we stayed another 2 nights and wondered what would happen when we left with costs - it adjusted and when we scanned our entry ticket at the exit machine, the remaining balance to pay was $25 which was a pleasant surprise). So for our 4 nights we paid a total of $80 parking. One thing to be careful with is the slippery shower entry. Although some non slip Plaster has been stuck there, I had a very nasty slip and ended up with a bruised kidney and very sore ribs. The ledge leading into the shower is lethal and I am just lucky it wasn’t a more serious injury. Just be very very careful. Not a deal breaker for the hotel but potentially pretty nasty.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. The a/c was fabulous!!! Had a great visit.

The staff and hotel were superb. Great location to Old town and lots of dining options nearby. Wish the rooms were a little more soundproof.

This was really a hotel named hotel71. Even though I booked st. Pierre I was put in hotel 71. No bottled water or internet in room

Location is fantastic. Petit Champlain is only a few mins walk. Parking at public lot is super easy and the ability to park in front of hotel during check in and getting room is bonus as well. Overall the stay, location, service and room was great. The bad... It's an old building... Zero water pressure and waiting forever for hot. I asked desk and they let it slip 'oh I think that was fixed yesterday' it wasn't. So no warning on check in and leaving feeling dirty haha...

A beautiful hotel- parking is a bit tricky but that is because there was an event happening in the city- a lovely spot.

Great location and the staff is friendly. Free coffee and drinking water. Most of the sightseeing spots are within walking distance.

Hotel location was convenient to Old Town Quebec. The suite was a decent size and big enough for our family. However, our suite on the first floor was rather noisy. You can hear everyone who walks by going up the stairs. You can also hear all the footsteps in the room above. We regret booking this hotel through hotels.com. The hotel will not be able to help you with any billing issues when you book through a third party.

This hotel was modern and upscale but close to all touristy areas. Staff was wonderful, rooms were airy and comfortable, and everything just felt nice. Our kids said they didn’t want to leave Canada because they loved the room so much😊

Auberge Saint-Pierre is perfect choice for a stay in old Quebec City. Staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. Clean and cozy rooms. It was a perfect stay. We'll book it again if we visit Quebec City next time
