Everything was great, very clean, very comfortable. It seemed like there was only one person that was taking care of the reception desk and the breakfast counter. She was working hard running around getting everyone everything they needed.

Checking in was easy, the lobby and room was clean. Went to bed with the A/C set low and in the middle of the night, it shut off. The room was crazy hot. For the rest of the night, the A/C would turn off and on. Made the stay horrible.

It was ok. The room never really got to my temperature comfort level. Had several issues with the TV but the maintenance tech was kind and resolved the issues in my room.

Nice clean hotel. Unfortunately, we booked and paid more than surrounding hotels for the purpose of using the pool and hot tub. Both were closed due to "chemical issues." I honestly don't think they should charge full price if their main amenity is closed. If we had been informed ahead of time we would have canceled and stayed somewhere else.

I’m not a typical mountain girl, but I was here for my daughter’s cheer competition. Our stay at Holiday Inn was very welcoming and almost made me forget I was in the mountains.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Sylva. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hottub, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

We noticed the bathroom light didn’t work at all. We called the front desk and once they realized maintenance had left for the day, they immediately found us a different room.
