Comfy bed and pillows, amaxing swimming pool with water at a great temperature, and nice hot tub. We also enjoyed the variety at breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. The rooms can use some freshen up specially the bathroom and carpets. The breakfast was amazing. Overall, it was a good overnight stay in Vernon.

With the other hotel beside there is very limited parking. The pool was hotter then the hot tube

Nice hotel, standard outside, but nice big room and bathroom. Breakfast include, which was nice and staff was very friendly. The laundry facilities were nice too and the pool was good. Just the hot tub seemed a little greasy and unhygienic. Overall a good experience.

The staff were all very nice, responsive and helpful but the room was dirty. There were multiple long and short black hairs in the bathroom. (I have light coloured hair) And there were crumbs on the chair by the desk. I was only staying one night and the beds looked clean so I just stayed. I told the front desk when I was leaving the next day and they said they were sorry, but because I went through hotels.com the hotel said they couldn't do anything. I would stay somewhere else next time I'm in Vernon, but would probably come back here in a pinch

Casino across the street. Highway is a block away. Great location, across from a Best Western and pizzeria. Bacon on Friday, sausage served on Saturday morning. Cheese omelet on Saturday, so better than just egg, after 6:30 am.

Advertise a pool, and it was under maintenance. Booked hotel based on the nice looking pool. Later found out under maintenance, online price should reflect that you don’t have a functioning pool and hot tub as advertised.

Checkin and checkout was fast and easy. Free breakfast was decent but busy. Room was clean and roomy. Elevator was clised the night we arrived due to overheating anf pool/jacuzzi water was cloudy (not clear) which makes one wonder about the cleaniness of the water

Room was excellent….. breakfast was a gone show…..hotel was extra full and tried to eat breakfast a two times. … both times it was chaos of 20 people or more at a time in too small of space hogging what food there was…. Not enough staff to deal with this and no urgency or acknowledgment of the situation. Additionally, a full hotel meant overcrowded pool and hot tub. I’ll think twice going on the long weekend

Good place. Kind of a strip mall transition to light industrial area. Good place to sleep for a night and help facilitate other activities.

Sheets had stains and a lot of dust on lamps bathroom tiles need cleaned or replaced.

The room was old and tired. Stains everywhere, in the closet, drawers, bathroom and even on the chairs in the lobby. The parking is shared by two hotels and by the evening, there was not enough parking. Not enough tables and food for breakfast. Front desk service was fairly indifferent. For $250 a night, there are other options in Vernon.

The room we were in was very quiet. The dining lobby was left open after hours so if you need some water or milk you can still grab some, that was great. The pool was small but good for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the tub floor was a little dirty from not getting a proper scrub down, but it's busy season and it's a minor complaint.
