Below our expectations. Not a lot of handicapped parking, most spots were taken by the patrons of the attached Longhorn Steakhouse. We dislike having to walk past multiple people standing outside right the front door smoking, there's no way to avoid it, we don't want to inhale it or smell it. Front desk staff were not very friendly. Our room had a bad smell, we couldn't tell where it was coming from but I believe it may have been coming from the A/C unit which was noisy and didn't look like it's been cleaned in a long time. The breakfast included with our room was appreciated but the quality was lacking, especially the ham that was waterlogged as it sat in lukewarm water. The ham was turning grey, very unappetizing. First floor rooms are the worst, lights from cars pulling in and backing up all night it seemed, even with the curtains closed, parking lot traffic lit up the room. We were unhappy with our overall experience at this Hampton Inn and would not stay here again.

what i DIDNT LIKE IS ROOM SMELLS LIKE WET DOG!! if i knew they allow dogs in rooms n to lay in beds i would never went my fault i guess,but rooms smell bad

Overall great location, breakfast was alittle lack luster but a great deal Forsure! Overall great service and useful amenities! Helpful for families would stay 2 or 3 nights max no more

Cant manage the temperature in the rioms . Hotels in general was always cold. Pool was freezing.

Very clean hotel and the hotel crew is helpful.

The storage i.e. draw space was lacking. The maid service was awful. The room was subject to new towels, garbage removal and bed making at the least every other day. We were there for a week and we needed to request garbage removal and towels numerous and in that week our bed was only made one time.

The service was personable and professional

When we entered room a bad strong smell was in the room it went away after we where there for about 20 minutes and the shower black stuff was coming out from the water as well

Nice hotel with a few restaurants within walking distance. WiFi wasn’t very good

The room was a nice size. The bed was squeaky and bathroom toilet was very low. Breakfast was good but had to wait a while for items to be replenished. Overall, good enough for a one night stay.

Great clean hotel. Near the thruway and the turnpike. Restaurants and stores nearby.

Nice hotel very clean rooms, had no trouble booking in, lovely staff. the pool was up and running. I gave it only 4 stars cause my room was out of shampoo and I asked for an additional towel, and it took a very long time to arrive. The hotel is situated right next to a Walmart and other stores.

The location and service are OK, but the hotel needs to be renovated seriously
