Very nice hotel. pleasant staff. Great breakfast with lots of choices. I did checkout between 9:15 and 9:30. The person at the front desk was busy cleaning the breakfast area. I told her my room number and was checking out. Received an email around 12:19 asking when I was checking out.

Broken AC in our room so we had to sleep with the window open, it was noisy. The hallway reeked of the skunk smoke, our shower and sink in our room didn’t drain well at all. The whole place was outdated and kind of grimy feeling.

Clean and updated Baymont. Great value for what you get. It is right off the highway so you can hear a little highway noise but not enough you can’t sleep. We would stay here again

Dirty linens I had to exchange because of how stained they were. Not clean stained, like not washed at all. No exhaust in the shower room so everything was wet. Dark long hair not from my family on the bathroom floor. Air conditioner was loud and refrigerator so loud I had to unplug to sleep. Stay somewhere else for $100

Nice place to stay for the night. The breakfast is horrible. No healthy choices. Eggs were browned. Pancake machine nit working.

The gal at the front desk was funny, knowledgeable, and helpful. The chocolate chip cookies were good as well!

Had to change rooms. Old shampoo and soap were above the bathtub. Lots of road noise. Breakfast eggs etc. cold.

Property was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was breakfast. We were told it was served until 10 am, but at 8 there were no hot options left because they hadn't been refilled.

I picked this place because the pictures looked nice and up to date. The facility is dated. The pool is small compared to the pictures. The hot tub was not working and closed down. Whatever the cleaning crew uses to clean the floors smells like vomit. They allow pets and we had someone across the hall leave their dog in the room at 8:30pm and it was barking for 30 mins before the staff did anything. Also, the bathtubs in the rooms are just showers. They made it so you can’t take a bath. It takes 15 mins to get hot water in the shower. The shower head we had was covered in lime scale and didn’t work very well. The AC unit in our room sounded like it had water running through it every time it ran. The beds were soft and clean.

Overall, I would give this hotel a three at best.

First impression was rude front desk person. First room shower head blew off and spewed water across the bathroom. Moved to second room which had toilet that flushed 4 times before it stopped running. Water coming from upstairs bathroom dripping into our foyer area. Locked out several times as key cards deactivated at 2pm daily. Breakfast offered was less than impressive. At checkout no discount or free visit was given. We were there for one week and our bill was $894! Very disappointed ☹️

Great basic hotel

First time bringing my dog to a hotel, the room was very clean, no smell of previous dogs, i was surprised, we stayed for 7 days, everything was great!! Employees were all friendly, breakfast was good everyday. Will stay here again.

Great family friendly place to stay, a couple spots could have used a little maintenance but overall, it's a nice spot to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly terrible experience. Upon arrival, the room was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The nightmare continued when the microwave caught on fire. To make matters worse, there was no fire extinguisher to be found anywhere. This is a major safety hazard! After reporting the incident, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, this room was not much better. The air conditioner barely worked and made a loud clicking noise all night long, making it impossible to get any rest. To top it off, the advertised amenities were a major disappointment. The hot tub was out of service, and the pool was so murky that it looked unsafe to swim in. Overall, this was an awful stay. The hotel was dirty, unsafe, and the amenities were not as described. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Check in was easy and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom in our room was not very clean. It didn't appear that the floor had been mopped since the last guest and there was hair in the tub and on the toilet seat. It was ok for an overnight passing through but definitely room for improvement.

Decent place. Nice at front desk. Lobby needs a cleaning and an update. Thought the ceiling fan was going to blow up. Breakfast was average. Ned’s a good cleaning all around. Kids ran the halls a lot. Loud. Room was fine.

AC unit temperature control was broken off so no control. Bathroom grout was dirty. Towels were small and thin. General hotel was clean.

The property was run down and dirty. Our room smelled like dog/cat urine mixed with cigarettes and definitely had not been fully cleaned. There was dried urine and mold on the bathroom floor around the toilet. The bathroom floor and shower had dirt caked in the corners. The shower had mold and dirt caked in corners. There was a large hole in the bathroom door and mold on the ceiling. One of our bed pillows had a strong urine smell, and we had to trade for a new pillow. When having the cleaning crew "clean" again, it was not much better, so we purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves.

Terribly! This hotel is ran down, stinks like moldy cigarettes and the staff was drinking on site during our check in. We will never stay there again.

The pool was great.
