The owners were very friendly, even when we had to check in very late. Beds were clean and comfortable.

It could benefit from a deep cleaning. It was clean on the surface, but needed detailed attention. The deadbolt on the door would not latch.

The room was clean and pleasant smelling. People were friendly. Very good value for the money.

A couple electrical outlets were loose and wouldn't charge phone or computer. Location with rooms facing the busy highway were a little noisy but putting ac/c fan on high helped.

The room was clean, close inspection found no signs of bugs- bed or otherwise. All appliances, etc. worked.

The bathroom sink had very little space for toiletries, but it was usable.

Wonderful people operating the motel. Convenient location yet a bit. noisy sometimes. Well kept room.

Pleasantly surprised

Location was close to Lions Den Park and pet fee was low. Was only staying for 1 night and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. Linens appeared clean even if the towels were grey and fraying from multiple washes. Room had a clean microwave and clean fridge. Front desk staff was kind and courteous.

Motel is VERY dated. I doubt place has been renovated since before 1985. Even though I reserved online, account details didn't transfer, had to complete a card (hello early 1990's). Was asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room! Didn't think smoking rooms was even a thing anymore. Then got a KEY, an actual key on a ring with the plastic fob identifying the room (hello 1980's or earlier). The room was very dark and dated, the "queen beds" were actually fulls instead of queens. Even though I got a non-smoking room, I could smell cigarette smoke in the room especially in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

Ok place for the money

The grounds keeper. He was weedeating the cracks in the parking lot, im sitting in my room listening to rocks bounce off the door. So I go outside and ask him wth? My cadillac escalade is right in front of my door. So i move it and hr keeps weedeating, still flinging rocks all over the place. I go to the gas station later and close my door and I hear glass hitting the ground. Back passenger quarter window is broken out. Go talk to the manager, as soon as I go inside , another customer is in there complaining about the same person doing the same thing to his vehicle. Owner takes responsibility and agrees to let his insurance company pay for it

The staff was wonderful and then location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

It was a great value for a good location. The owners are also extremely nice! It’s an older motel, but it is clean!

Even though all rooms are non-smoking, ours smelled like stale smoke as if it were a smoking room years prior and it was just never repainted after.

If you're looking for cheap and not much else, then this is your place. At 65 bucks a night you really can't expect a lot. Fast food down the street.

It needs a lot of updates, really showing it's age. Sonic listed is closed.

friendly family staff

The price was good. The staff called me by name as I walked in. The bed was comfortable. The chairs with footstool to rest your legs was a surprise. The room was very homey feeling.

The phone is 30+ years old and very dirty not that I used it but..... I cleaned the table off after I saw a greasy film on it. The internet was hit or miss more miss and I was next to office. The carpet was questionable about being clean. Not terrible but I cleaned off remote and door handle.
