Paid extra 200 for incidental, carpet wet by AC

Box Spring was moldy. Bathroom was dirty and needs updating, rusty waterstained ceilings and walls. Toilet was clogged and I advised on morning and when I hot back in evening they said the person left for the day and brought us up a plunger, the pancake machine was broken fir days, they didnt have barely anything for breakfast 1st day we got there so we spent more $ going out for bkfst which was the reason we booked there. I expect this from Choice hotels which was also why we booked here but I was disappointed. I tried to book a 3rd night but they were charging more than Expedia and although I found a less expensive hotel, we booked the 3rd night since kids were tired. Ice machine didnt work. Pool was nice but very humid and no pool warmer which was ok. The Queen beds werent true Queen size. Main lobby was nice. Was it the worst place? No. But for the price, I expected more. Too expensive. Food staff fixed the pancake maker rhemselves and were very nice.

Very quiet location

Staff was friendly and helpful! In particular, Kinjal at the front desk was exceptionally kind and always welcomed us with a smile!! Cleaning crew and breakfast crew were awesome!

Had issue with AC. Was busy weekend so was hard to accommodate. Staff did great job working with me to find a solution

arrived and my two rooms was dirty. linen had visible stains and I had to ask for different rooms.

This property had reviews regarding their breakfast but i found the options to be good and the food to be decent. The bed was comfortable the room was huge and we had great service from staff.

The common areas and the outside looked nice, but my room was nasty. The entrance door was misaligned and hard to close, the carpet and the sofa were stained. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the elevator. To make matters worse, the shower floor was dirty so me and my wife had to wash up in the sink. This was not at all like the other Holiday Inn Express hotels i have stayed in which is why i chose to stay here. I will never stay in this location ever again and makes me question whether if ill stay in the other locations.

Very quiet and relaxing stay

Everything was good. The breakfast was poor. Only eggs,bacon. 1 type of fruit. Pancake machine not working no toast. Could be better

Comfy bed and exceptionally friendly staff. The main reason i chose this hotel was because it was advertised to have a spa tub, but it unfortunately does not.

It was an older facility but was comfortable. Good location. Friendly staff and complementary breakfast was great! My husband and I wanted a little getaway for the weekend. I would definitely stay at this here again.

Quick and friendly check in process. The rooms was very nice and clean. Great breakfast options as well. Really enjoyed the stay! Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

The stay overall was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was friendly and efficient. My only issue was the front desk. The attendants were inattentive. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes waiting and calling out "Hello". After hearing the young lady moving in the back. I had to step into the room to ask to be checked out

Listing says there is a hot tub. There isn’t.

I stayed a week for business. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Close to major shopping centers and restaurants. Would definitely return.

I only have 2 small things that weren't quite right...there was a small spot of mold in the shower & the bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. Other than that I had a very nice stay. ALL of the staff were awesome!

Everything was really clean, room was spacious enough. Comfortable bed and pillows.

False advertisement one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Then find out there isn't a hot tub. Breakfast was nasty. Bed was comfortable shower was nice.

We arrived at 3:30pm (check in is supposed to be at 3:00pm) and our room wasn't available. We had to wait until 3:40pm to check into another room. Ceiling paint in bathroom was peeling and ceiling above shower head was discolored and moldy. Disgusting! Informed front desk and she stated she would have someone check it out. We went to dinner and came back and there was no one at the front desk.

Does not have a working hot tub or jetted bath tubs as advertised. That was the main reason for me to choose this property and was dissappointed after checking in.

The breakfast was good

Some of the staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate. They also acted as though having 1 towel for a 4 day stay was acceptable. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
