Have stayed here a few times over the last few years.Staff are great.room & whole place is I`m afraid old fashioned dated but clean warm & comfy,breakfast really good.Only thing that lets it down is the pool area which has got shabbier every time we visit.This time there was a smell in the changing rooms,showers didn`t work and very run down.It could be a lovely area with a little TLC.won`t be back for this reason.Nicer Hotels in town for the same price.Reason we came for because of the pool but only used it once.

Place is a bit worn, kind of quirky. Felt, somehow, somewhat more "authentic" and certainly not corporate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to Inverness Center to walk (though not with luggage).

Wow! Lovely staff but hotel rooms where from the 80’s and very poor . Double bed I had had two levels to it and rooms where so dated and stuffy . Would not recommend Travelodge’s

Overpriced, badly in need of refurbishment, old fasioned decoration, photos are misleading, breakfast in dingy back room and not in the conservatory as photographed. Bathroom door did not close properly because of water damage. In the lift, none of the buttons lit up. It was a relief to leave. Staff helpful and excellect location and parking but would definitely not stay there again.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, towel warmer and shower worked well. The television in our room did not work, even after one of the employees tried several fixes. He promised they’d get it fixed or replaced the next day (we were staying two nights). The next afternoon an outside service person came and did make the needed repair. We were appreciative of their follow-up on the issue. They also comped our breakfast for the inconvenience.

Bedroom right next to the very noisy lift and you could also hear all movement on the room upstairs, so very poor sleep.
Only 1 (bath) towel provided, basic tea & coffee with only 2 milk in room.

The hotel is rather dated and seems to be short staffed. The room was reasonably clean but the curtains had dirty marks on them and the bathroom mirror light needed a new bulb. The breakfast buffet ran out of bacon quickly and the staff had to be asked to replenish. Reception was unattended in the morning when we checked out so we couldn't flag the issues.

Rooms are clean. Needs some updating for sure.The staff were so friendly. Claire is so great. She needs a raise !!!!!. We enjoyed out stay very much. Please do some updates!. Good location,great looks from outside. We ate there 2 meals. Food was ok,big portions. Food was average. We will visit again if they do upgrades. If not we will find another location. Must say it was clean. Bathroom was big. Our room was next to exhaust fan from kitchen. We did not spent lots of time in the room. Too much to see and visit while in Inverness.Great location and great staff.!!!!

The entire experience staying at this hotel was positive- the staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating, the breakfast was delicious and our room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great time!

sauna was not working which was a disappointment.
One note to the hotel . we did not go swimming in the very inviting pool as the screen in the reception showed EVERYONE who was in the pool. Reposition the screen so only reception can view it . I would not re-book if it was still so visible to the public. No one likes to be seen in their swim wear by strangers

The property offers basic amenities needed. We stayed for one night and had a good experience. Slept well and the shower had great water pressure. We didn’t have any food at the hotel but it smelt amazing. City centre is within walking distance

We stayed in the family double room which had plenty of space. While room is a bit dated it did the job. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was a traditional Scottish served buffet. Well worth the money.
