Food was plentiful and very good quality apart from giant prawns which unfortunately on one evening were not cleaned inside. This can be dangerous and is a health hazard. Apart from that cannot fault hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely return

Very steep slope into hotel not suitable for people with mobility problems, food was average like most hotels ,same food every night we ate out almost all the time

This was a return visit for us, stayed pre pandemic, rooms are a great size large bed, sofa, table and chairs, along with balcony equiped with table and chairs, bathroom well equiped, shower over bath, could do with tea/coffee making facility in the room, the rooms a spotlessly clean but are a bit tired, we enjoy the roof terrace with bar its great space to relax, its equiped with plunge pools, sitting areas/sunbeds the views are lovely, they have nightly entertainment within the hotel, food was fine, different choices each visit, unfortunately not all guests respected personal hygiene when using the buffet and i dont think its acceptable to handle food that is for sharing, but this can be problem at any hotel, but expect the staff to advise the cleints otherwise, most staff were welcoming, approachable and happy to provide customer service, its not an area of the hotel we used but the childrens play/pool area looks alot of fun.

Large room with partial sea view was very comfortable. Overlooking pool where entertainment held. We were very tired and wanted an early night so didn’t really enjoy the booming music below. However, it would have been a different story if we’d been less exhausted and I’m sure we would have enjoyed it! Staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We chose the half board option and it was well worth it, the food choices were plentiful and of good quality.

Although the workers in the swimming pool, restaurant/bar and cleaners were great, the hotel direction and reception showed were a big let down. One of us had an emergency and had to leave. We said it straight away but there gave us a series of different reasons/excuses to being unable to change the booking for the following days. They asked me to come back to reception just to waste my time. They need to improve customer relationships before I am able to recommend it. Shame

Good hotel a bit far out of town however I did have all inclusive which at £150 per night was a bit pricey especially as the evening entertainment wasn't that good. Would I stay again possibly not.

Positiv: Real Good breakfast, one of the best ever. Friendly stagg-special marina in reception. Comfort atmosfer. House keeping every day-and they are trustebol 😀. Negativ: Old style. Maybe this hotell was 4 Stars in 2005, but now the time has taken it. Not value for money in my eyes. GF have many hotels in fanabe, will probebly dont use them next trip- sorry. We was order suite with big balkong, we end up with small balkong… because «its full up.. sorry»… thats not ok when you order. Dissopointed feeling. 😟 The picture at the Hotel site is «polish» and much older when u are there in feeling.

Great but i booked extra nites with expedia and when we got to hotel they said the price had changescand there was nothing we could do about it so we had to paycextra 40 euro .this was very disappointing and i will not be using expedia again.
