Great hotel. Very nice staff

Nice property, clean and quiet. The room is large, bed very confortable, well illuminated. The shower curtain in the bathroom is not ideal. There are better solutions but overall the bathroom is fine. The only criticism would be the time the breakfast starts. The first serving is at 8 am, very late for a hotel

Very good stay as usual

Hotel is an upper level accommodation and considering the15 months pandemic hitting the region it has been kept quite up to date. Not withstanding, the building itself is in need of maintenance. our bathroom door did not close, the lighting in the room did not work correctly, shower in bathroom clogged. kettle 8n room did not work and we asked to have it replaced. The tiles on the roof and falling off and also need repairs. The gardens are impecable, so was the breakfast service and the hotel customer service in general from housekeeping to reception. All were wonderful. Building need to be kept up. It is understandable that withe constraints of the pandemic cash flow for maintenance must not be easy, but in future this need to be attended

This was the first time me and my husband went for a vacation as a couple after having 2 kids. This hotel made our first couple’s gate away even more enjoyable and memorable. The stuff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and I should add beautifully maintained.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Punta del Este. Rooms are perfect, bed is comfortable and the staff are extremely nice! We recommend.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough though a mirror in the room would have been nice. Not a lot of variety for Breakfast but good quality. The only disappointment were the pools, the indoor one was in need of some maintenance. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and they decided to empty the outside pool to clean it while we were there so couldn't use it, apart from that a very nice place to stay. The gym equipment was in good condition.

Outlets for computers not easy to reach. I needed a chair and desk place to work.I appreciated Wifi and fridge. Could use a kettle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and assistance/availability of hotel personnel

We enjoyed the nice breakfast area, the beautiful park with nice pool. The room was comfortable with nice shower. They should improve the TV and the cable TV service. The parking area is good. The staff is friendly and can give you good information about Punta del Este. It is a nice place for couples and for a family.
