The rooms were clean, up to date and friendly staff. Only downside, which really isn’t a big deal, the TV remote don’t work. Easy to walk to downtown!!

Great check in and location

Close to downtown, reasonable price and facility was very clean.

This was a clean, basic motel. The location is fantastic - easy walk to Healdsburg Square and for that alone, I highly recommend. The room look recently remodeled and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and everything was adequate. It is just your basic average motel - nothing fancy but certainly nothing to complain about either. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't have any cleaning service throughout. That didn't really bother me but we had to get fresh towels on the third day as the towels are fairly thin and didn't dry nicely. I thought the price was high for the basic amenities but it's in a resort area so that wasn't unexpected. Overall, I'd stay again.

Nice hotel for a great value.

My husband and I stayed here this weekend for a family wedding. It was VERY affordable and the room was VERY comfortable. When we arrived, we noticed that it is on an off-ramp off the freeway and looks just okay and I thought "here we go". Much to our surprise, the staff was great, easy check-in, bed & pillows were CRAZY comfortable, VERY clean and surprisingly quiet. It ended up to be an excellent location and very convenient to the wedding at the winery. Also walking distance (about .5 mi) to the amazing downtown Healdsburg shops & restaurants. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN!.

This hotel was dirty. I would not recommend staying here. I had ants crawling over my body, through my makeup bag, on my suitcase. It was really disgusting. I complained to the management, and they switched my room. But the second room also had ants. When I asked for a refund they refused.

Newly decimated and not just new paint over old walls. New furniture. Very clean outside walkways and parking lot. For the price I would’ve expected free breakfast though

Neat and clean, newer paint. Bed and linens clean but average quality. Walking distance to Healdsburg Plaza and restaurants. We were there for the annual Healdsburg Jazz Festival.

The room was very clean and fresh; it looked as if it had just been re-done. Very nice. The people at the front desk and on the grounds were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the plaza. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the location and convenient too

The room is very comfortable with two queen beds and really clean. It looks like recently renovated. The location is good with a very short walk to downtown and the restaurants.

Amazing place so spacious enjoyed the spa tub after a long day of work

I cannot add a photo. The bathroom did not have a single hook to hang clothes. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, or it was not working. Only one light switch in the bathroom, so likely there was no exhaust. 2 Queen beds in the room and one sink in the counter. There was enough room to have two. The room number tag was stuck to the window of the room with masking tape.

We’ve been staying here over 30 years and through several renovations and I think name changes. We were in a just renovatied room and it was excellent.

Convenient location for Healdsburg downtown; owner making efforts to clean up property, but needs more regular cleaning service for longer term stays and they need to follow through on simple customer requests

Our stay was work related ..We were working at nearby winery/hotel and the hotel was super affordable & easy .. The front desk attendant was very helpful & accommodating ..Will definitely book again when traveling for work 👍👍

Relatively affordable for being this close to downtown Healdburg. Clean and simple rooms, but very adequate.

The room was clean. Temperature was perfect. Great proximity to the Town without paying "town prices". I couldn't check in until 4pm, but the office allowed me to store my bags there until I checked in.

They were totally uncooperative we were coming for a wedding at 4. They let me know at 2 I could come in a little early. Too late they were nasty. I will never recommend or stay again

It was clean and the service was friendly and prompt. It just was not within walking distance to anything but that is not the fault of the property.

We’ve stay at Fairview inn and suites several times for Passport Wine event, for the area it’s reasonably priced but the supplies (toilet paper, towels etc) are thin. Otherwise the staff is great and location is great.

Either the walls are very thin, or we had loud neighbors. They came in at 3:00AM on our first night and talked all night long. I got absolutely no sleep from the time they arrived. I called the front desk at 3:30AM, and I don't think anything was done because they were loud until about 10:00AM when I think they finally fell asleep. We were up there for Passport Weekend, and I was so tired from not sleeping that my first day was ruined because of this. I asked the desk clerk about it, and she said she called them twice and told them to be quiet, but we didn't notice any difference.

Asked for a $100.00 Fee when checking in?

The BIGGEST problem was the blds were being painted. The painters started at 8 am.-the PROBLEM: they stood outside our door yelling to each other while we were trying to sleep. This was R & R for us. When we tried to rest in the afternoon, the noise was unreal, we called the front desk to see when they were done for the day and if they would be back the next. NO ONE ever called us back. When I unpacked, the drawers were gritty inside. NOT a good sign. We did use the hot tub but it's close to the freeway exit so noisy, a sound barrier wall would help!. Front desk gladly gave us fresh towels. Check in was fine. No recycle bin in the room.

It has traditionally been my favorite place to stay in Healdsburg. Very close to Central Plaza, affordable, clean, a nice place to stay. However, for the first time this weekend, we had ants in the room, in the bed and on the bedside . We called the front desk and we moved to a smaller room at 10 PM and that worked out great. Clean and ant free. When we checked out, we were not offered a discount for the smaller room or for having to move rooms at 10 o’clock. We were simply told that since we were given an equivalent bed size the charge would be the same. While I cannot blame anybody for getting ants in their room, it could happen to anyone, I would’ve thought they would have been more accommodating, especially since we moved to a smaller room. The lack of discount is certainly not the main problem, that just would’ve been nice, the bigger issue is thinking about going back with the ants issue. A discount on a future stay would’ve indicated and intention to improve, and to offer a better experience in the future.

We bought two rooms because we brought our son and his girlfriend here to celebrate his new job. He did not realize we had paid for a room for them so he also paid for a room as did his girlfriend’s parents who stay here often. We asked for a gift certificate or credit for the room and the manager and hotel clerk were rude, kept repeating that this was not their policy and showed no compassion for our predicament.
