My friend and I came here in June and had an amazing time! The staff were kind and accommodating, the room was excellent, the beds were so incredibly comfortable and warm, and the view from our room was lovely. I loved the breakfast and the snacks they provided! The location was also perfect as well - a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe, and a really close bus stop and metro station will allow you to get basically anywhere. The shops nearby the hotel are great too, and we would highly recommend exploring the area nearby. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and the high quality of everything - the room, bathroom, and cleanliness - made our stay 5 stars.

Wonderful staff, very warm helpful, delicious breakfast if you needed help the staff was there to help you at a moment's notice beautiful clean rooms very nice spacious bathroom just a wonderful place to stay highly recommended, wonderful location beautiful neighborhood. We will stay here again and again. Location is ideal it's close enough to the main attractions of Paris but it is still in a part of town that feels very French and not touristy.

An excellent hotel in a safe neighborhood with excellent customer service. As much as I loved staying there, I couldn't sleep at 3 a.m. with the aloud noise from my above.

This is a hotel in need of repair.
The shower didnt work, the dryer outlet was loose, scuff marks all over. Lobby sofa filthy, carpet filthy.
The am manager was good the night time lady attendant, lazy, horrible posture. Breakfast fo euro 20 pp was hit and a miss, mostly miss. The sttendant was good, but was serving rancid eggs

This is my second stay at the hotel and it was fantastic again! I booked for my Mum's 60th Birthday trip and the hotel was the perfect choice. We had an amazing room overlooking the Eiffel Tower - it was so special to wake up to this every day and watch it sparkle at night. The room is light and has everything you need, the hotel is immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a 2 minute walk from the Metro so super easy to make your way around Paris. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be booking when I next return to Paris!

I was extremely happy with my birthday booking, rooms were extremely cleans and gorgeous luxury interior. Staff were always polite, happy and always willing to help. I would recommend and definitely stay again. Close links to transport, landmark areas and felt overall safe in the hotels location. View is beautiful from the little balcony, could see the Eiffel Tower. Again I loved this place!

Personal was very friendly, attentive and provided local restaurants tips. Breakfast was qualitative and the lobby very nicely decorated. Rooms were comfortable, decorated with taste and relaxing with a coffee/tea machine and big (functioning) flat screen TV. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel has an elevator, which is also nice to have in Paris. Ideally located to a metro station.

I loved our stay at Hotel De Banville! The staff were all so lovely, very welcoming and made you feel at home and did everything they could to ensure a great stay!
The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. A large bed too!
The location of the hotel was also perfect. Seemed to be located in a very safe area, lots of dining options walkable distance and very close to the Metro into the centre!
I loved the hotel, and would definitely return on the next trip to Paris!

Beautiful hotel from the twenties. The staff was wonderful! So friendly and helpful! They made us feel like we were the only guests. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Paris!

We loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly, professional and helpful. The room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, immaculately clean as well. We could safely walk to the Arc de Triumph and from there access Paris attractions. Easy walking access to some nice, local neighborhoods. About a 20 minute walk from attractions along the Seine. A beautiful place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Banville. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and upgraded us to an amazing room as we were staying for my birthday. The room was immaculate and it had everything we needed. It is very close to the metro station and about a 20 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We will be returning!

The property is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. It is within walking distance to all major attractions but it's also close to a metro if you prefer to take that.
It's a smaller boutique hotel and the decor is beautiful. The room had great amenities however I was travelling with my sister and the bathtub shower was open to the room so we had no privacy. If I had known that I would have requested a room with a separate bathroom.
It was also a bit loud, we could hear the guests in the room next to us talking.
The customer service was excellent and they offer a beautiful breakfast.

Was at edge of Paris. Easy to go to Underground station 2 min, near to motor way also . 1.15 min away from Disney Land ( Underground service).
Breakfast was original organic food.

We will definitely be coming back! The staff are friendly and like family. They’re so happy and helpful! The food is delicious. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and a short 15-20 min walk to Les Champs Elysées! And you can get a room with a view to the Eiffel Tower! The rooms are so beautiful and their self care product are top notch. We loved every minute of our stay and we’re coming back!

The hotel is nice and clean, however tjr closest subway station is currently under construction and is very messy with himelese lying around the site. And there are some detour around the construction as well. We arrived at 10pm and it was dark and coming out from that sight wasnt impressve. But then as soin u we found the street of the hotle, we feel goid as it is a quiet residential area and the hotel s decor is very classy and modern. I would come back for stay but hoping by then they have completed the subway station 's construction

Very nice hotel near the center of Paris. Lots of local restaurants and good Metro options to get into the center if you don't want to walk the 20-30 mins. Staff were really nice and always willing to help. Breakfast was good with lots of options and the rooms were well equiped, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Nice and quiet area, 3 min walk from metro and train. Staff very service oriented and friendly. Rooms as described and we slept very well. Breakfast included an incredible well prepared bacon & eggs. Perfect place for 3 days in Paris.

Very nice room, very clean! The People were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and has a good transport connection. I was there with my little dog. There are enough greens for her - outside of parcs ( parcs are closed at night). Highly recommended!

Hotel is great. About a mile walk to Arc de Triuph and all site seeing connections. Said there was Robes and slippers but never saw them. Breakfast was good but for the extra $20+ per person you may want to check other options. Remember it is europe and rooms and bathrooms are not as spacious as US hotels.
