The staff was helpful and friendly. The carpet was dirty and paint drippy. Our room door had to be lifted up to force it closed room 124. The bed was clean and the high ceilings were very cool.

This is the nastiest hotel that I’ve ever been in. Upon getting to our room, the tv was on and towels were in the bathtub. The bed was not completely made. I’m fairly certain, this room had not been cleaned between guest. The toliet was broken and unusable. The rooms and hotel look very different in person than online. I would not have completed my one night stay, if I hadn’t checked in at 11pm

Room not was promised on Expedia leading to need for second room to be purchased. Both rooms in dire need of repair. Spackled walls, mold, non working TVs and AC, bathroom door that did not close. Why Expedia would list this hotel is beyond me. Plus Expedia made a promise for room type that hotel actually laughed at.

Awful. Do not stay here. Between the overwhelming mildew smell, sketchy check in person, horrible lumpy bed and not clean room… don’t waste your money

First room we were given was not clean, looked like someone else was staying in it. Carpet was worn and stained everywhere. Second room felt shabby although the bed seemed to have clean sheets. In the morning I went to use the microwave and it seemed to have a food ‘explosion’ inside it Very dirty.

STAY AWAY, I should have read the reviews before staying here. Doors are left open. Staff is not friendly and conditions are horrible.

This was a terrible experience for me, my wife, and son. The first room we were given was still being cleaned. Then, we were given a second that was worse than the first. It was only after asking for a third time that we were given a clean. How the guy at the front desk did not know which rooms were clean and which were not continues to baffle us.

There were no towels. They have a pool and there are no towels!!! We had 3 adults in our room and they only supplied the room with 2 Towels. We asked for more towels and we were told that the did Not have any more. So, 3 Adults has to share 2 towels after using the pool and again the next morning to shower. The breakfast cosisted of STEAL bagels, ego waffles, yogurt, and cereal but No milk for the cereal.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and they wouldn’t give us another room. It was so hot and we didn’t even get a fan. She told us to open the window. Which didn’t have a screen on it. The door to our room was falling off the hinges, we had to lift it up to close it. At the breakfast in the motel there was no coffee and hardly anything to eat. There were a few bagels and few eggo waffles. Ended up having to out to eat.

Doors dont close easily, holes in comfortors, toilets runs constantly. Stains on walls.

The hotel is pretty run down and in need of improvements. Ice & vending not working on first floor. No lock on pool room. No extra clean towels. Hair dryer broken.

When we checked in at approximately 9:30 PM, the guy who greeted us at the front desk, could’ve easily been a felon on a work release program. Rude, unprofessional, and made us feel as though we were bothering him. The overall cleanliness of the lobby was questionable at best. When we got to our room, clearly someone had been smoking in the room, which was a complete and utter disaster. The bathroom had no shower curtain or shower rod, so after we showered it looks like a typhoon went through the bathroom.

Our room did not have a refrigerator (there was an empty space in the cabinet where it belonged), the toilet ran loudly almost the entire time, the was lotion and conditioner but no shampoo and the floor was dirty. This is the only one star review I’ve ever left, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Its only good quality was that the staff was pleasant.

Everything is worn down. Looks like very little money has been spent on upkeep

We showed up to flickering lights, limited power in our room, damaged fire suppression system, no air conditioning, rude desk attendant, and a manager who will do absolutely nothing if you can contact him.

They didn’t have a working key machine and had to let us in the room each time. They’d prop the door open and wouldn’t even wait for us to get there before leaving the room unattended.

There was no light in the bathroom and there were no light bulbs available. The room smelled as if it had been flooded. There was no one manning the breakfast area so no one could restock the milk and butter. And no one was available at the front desk in the morning

The locks were being replaced so the front desk clerk had to let me back into my room every time I came back in, it was weird and just uncomfortable.

The place had no room keys! The machine was down. No coffee in the room nor trash bags in the cans. Dark grey stuff smeared above the tub in the bathroom.

Half the lights in my room did not work. No light blocking curtains, tv only had one channel. Keycard maker was not working so had to get person at desk to open door. No breakfast as advertised (one of the main reasons I picked this hotel) have a video of tv issue and the lights

i booked a room for 5 people. from this website it was supposed to have 2 beds and pull out twin sofa. only had 2 queen beds. Keymaker wasn't working so employee had to let us in our room everytime. Bathroom door frame had massive rust on it. Loose tile in the bathroom floor, stubbed my toe several times. Shower anti-slip mat was peeling up. Pool was super cold, dirty and way too much chlorine. Beds are not comfortable, could feel the metal in them. Very disappointed with this hotel!

I arrived with my boyfriend and 2 kids on Thursday, we were in the room maybe 10 minutes and couldn't stay. The lights in the entire hotel were flickering, the lights in the room only worked when they flickered the TV didn't work and the ac didn't work. My kids were terrified. The boy at the front desk was very unprofessional telling me "I've never done a refund and I'll never do a refund it's above my pay grade" I've spent the entire morning calling and no one will answer the phone. They picked up the receiver and hung up on me 4 times. At this point I have to dispute with my bank and pray they side with me. Don't stay next door at the days inn either, they're owned by the same people and are just as unhelpful and rude.

We went to checkin and they were in a brown out. Clerk said he would put us as a no show. We said we wanted to cancel our reservation. Still waiting for a refund. Havent heard anything yet. They should have notified people with reservations.

It was accommodating

Mold growing on 2 lamp shades, no shower curtain in bathroom, holes in wall, stinky and smelly room, some lamps had no light bulb, door hinge falling off of closet door, very dilapidated walls and furnishings, check-in staff member was very rude. We left the property after check in - we could not stay in the room with the mold and gross environment

We booked this for a family trip to the East Coast. The room was filthy and disgusting. There were stains on the walls and carpets. There were bits of toilet paper and stains on the walls. Even the door to the bathroom was stained and had chips of paint missing. The bedding was stained. It was completely unacceptable. We would have left, but we paid for it already and it was very late. It fact, my family slept in their clothes because it was so gross. We complained at the front desk in the morning. They were nice, but did not offer a refund. Don't stay here.

Pulling into the parking lot we already had a bad feeling based on the condition of the building. Decided not to judge by outside appearance and went to check in. Front counter clerk was nice but pre-occupied with personal calls. Kids and wife checked on pool while I checked in. Door was padlocked from inside the building, but people were coming from the unopened door from the outside. Walked to room through dirty hallway while watching other people go from room to room. Opened our door and could tell it was heavily smoked in very recently. Bathtub had dirt and debri all over. Room as supposed to have pullout couch but did not. We decided to leave because we did not feel safe, and asked front desk clerk for refund. Was told I have to call the manager the next morning. We left and drove home. Picturez on hotels.com look nothing like this place. Will keep calling to attempt a refund but doubtful. Stay very far away from this place.
