1) didn’t respond to my messages prior to arrival 2) the standard of the hotel is 1980-ties with little down since 3) the restaurant only uses plastic disposable cutlery and don’t sort the garbage but on the bed it says they don’t change the sheets out of “environmental” concern. 4) the hotel is cash cow for the owners with no serious interest of hotel management

Best hotel breakfast. Staff is usually always helpful and the hotel inside is very clean. Pool and hot tub were also very clean as were the halls.

I stayed here one week later again, the rate was half what I paid to stay there during the week as opposed to the weekend rates - which is ridiculous. My card stopped working and had to be reset. I noticed one vending machine out of order and walking around the outside I noticed quite a bit of trash laying on the ground. The bathroom in my suite also wasn't the most clean I usually notice. The staff also blasts CNN on all the TV's - it would nice to see something less partisan.

The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. All the little things show this place cares - nice name brand soaps etc. The breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The price was too high. I paid less than half the price last year around the same time. If the crazy pricing stays high I won't be able to come back.

dingy bed linens fair quality only weird smell gym equipment fair- treadmill did not incline, bike poor no fan in bathroom hair dryer sounded like it was going to break very expensive for the quality

Very clean, nice staff, good breakfast.

Paid for a spa tub room but the tub drain was leaking. The water level would not stay high enough to use the jets. Disappointing since this is why we chose this type of accommodation.
