At first I was worried about being in a hotel I didn't know because of the pandemic we are currently living, but then I was amazed with the service and the cleanliness, everyone was using mask and antibacterial gel, the hospitality was incredible and the people really kind, one of my best options when visiting San Luis Potosí again.

Beds and pillows way too uncomfortable. Parking is a pain, not enough spots.On Christmas eve, as me and my family were leaving the hotel to gather with relatives, The lady at the bar and coffee stand pushed me through the revolving door as she rushed out to throw away the gift from a gentleman that was obviously not wanted by her. She hurt my feet and she just yelled: I am sorry, but she did not even stop to check if I was ok. My kids and wife were so concerned about this event. Guests do not have to be victim of somebody bringing their problems to the job, if she has problems with this guy she should fix them outside the job.

My reservation was guaranteed but for some reason they said someone called to cancel it, they were sold out, so I guess someone made a mistake and called to cancel like if it was me, I find no other explanation because I didn't call. They don't like this review but it is the true.

This hotel was great! Clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice. Only draw back was that the website listed a shower/Tub combination for rooms with two beds but in reality only single bed rooms have tubs. Hotels.com needs to update the room description for each room type.
