Hotel is just ok. Old style. Parking is 3 blocks away and sometime without enough space.

Staff went above and beyond expectations and were very friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to make a specially prepared breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only slight downside was the offsite parking which means if it is raining when you arrive, you will get wet walking back to the hotel.

Wonderful, warm service. Great hygiene, everything was spotless. Location was very convenient, especially having rental car. Parking was also an amazing addition. Breakfast was amazing, for a small extra charge you get everything you need for breakfast and you can go about your day. All in all, great value for your money. Every recommendation from my side.

Our room was modern and the amenities were fab. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Will be staying here again - loved it!

Lovely anf clean, comfy rooms No pool so had to use hotel Tarba about 100m down the road

We arrived late at night and were greeted with cold water and a quick and easy check in. Staff are all very friendly and multilingual. Clean and modern with silent AC. Breakfast was really good. 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

Close to beach restaurants, Eden supermarkets 24 hours and right by the beach with plenty of activities.

Hotel was not in great condition & probably would give it a 2 star rating. However, the lovely lady at the reception, Raquel, made our stay enjoyable, she’s a great attribute to the hotel.

We did a last minute booking and this was the highest rated for the area we wanted. It’s right near the bus station and west end. Loads of little cafes near by, 10 mins from a beach or cafe mambo. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but it’s so clean and the beds and pillows are so so comfy. Air con is a plus too! Little mini fridge and TV. We had all we need.It doesn’t have a pool but they let you use the pool at hotel Tarba a few doors down. They do food and drinks there at a good price too. I’d stay there again. It’s ideal if you just need a place to sleep

Hotel is what you pay for, basic but fantastic value for money! Having breakfast available until 12 was a god send! Baggage storage and shower room available if you have a late flight so you can still enjoy the full day! Close to everything yet far away enough to not be kept up by the clubs or people! By far the friendliest and most helpful staff on the island!

And this is a very cool hotel. The location is right on the river in the old, historical part of Porto and within easy walking distance of many beautiful areas and sights, including fantastic restaurants and the old wine lodges.

Great location and handy for buses and beach. Good choice of cafes nearby. There’s no pool in the hotel which was confusing as there were pics on site when I booked, however you can use pool at nearby sister hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful and couldn’t fault the service. If it’s a place to use as a base to explore the island and get your head down in a clean comfy bed at night then this does the trick.

This hotel had excellent employees, happy to give us a new room when ours had a small problem. (They also let me borrow the corkscrew from the bar a few times.)

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel,the room was cleaned every day,the staff was helpful very close to the supermarket,beaches,pubs and clubs.For the money we paid we were very happy with the hotel so I would recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spacious enough. In the future the small fridge could be replaced with a bit bigger and powerful one.

Really friendly staff, great location, good rooms and very clean etc. Only 2 slight downsides - ac was a bit temperamental (randomly turning off) and the pool (located 2mins down the road, isn't the best) other than that, exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay again as it's probably the best hotel in that location.

Fantastic location if you're looking to come to Ibiza and have a base which is easy to travel around the island but isn't in the midst of all the noise and the chaos. Timing wise, was less than a 5 minute walk to the bus station which will take you to Ibiza town, Playa en Bossa, Discobus direct to the clubs like Ushuaia or Hi (saved a fortune on taxis) 15minute walk or so to Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar to watch the sunset, and about 5minutes to the harbour beach and the port of San Antonio, where you can parasail, or catch a boat to the beautiful beaches at Calla Bassa or Calla Salada. Continental breakfast in the hotel was good for about €7 which was about what had paid when went out to a nearby bar. Would definitely recommend it here whether you're a couple or a solo traveller - big thanks to Raquelle and the team.

Booked last minute and they were able to accommodate. Owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel did exactly what I needed, A place to shower, sleep and be in walking distance to the bus station and local bars. I stayed for 5 nights with the intention of being out pretty much all the time. The room is very basic but had everything I needed, I even had a west facing balcony.I cant fault the location, as previously stated it was less than a 2 minute walk to the bus station which takes you to the main clubs and everywhere around the island. The West End bars were just minutes walk away aswell.There were a few problems with my room, the toilet was clogged with limescale so didnt work for a day of my stay. The shower didnt sit on its holder properly and my key card didnt work a few times. These issues were resolved quickly (minus the show which I bodged myself).The staff there were friendly and massively helpful whether it be solving the issues I had or asking directions. It was always a pleasant return to the hotel.The one drawback was the cleanliness of my room. Although the cleaners came in everyday, I could see the majority of the room hadnt been touched even before my visit.On the whole, for the price I think it was great value.

We stayed for 4 nights. Location is amazing; very close to the beaches and the bus stop, as well as nice restaurants/bars. Hotel staff if very friendly and tries to answer all your questions. Unfortunately, the cleaning ladies never changed our towels and never refilled our soaps. I also think that they were doing some renovation on the room above ours so there was a lot of noise and the rooms are not very sound proof. However, overall good hotel for the price we paid with excellent location.

cheap bases. close to the strip and close to the bus station but still quiet. the night recpionist was a bit mardy a few times i can in after a night out checking in door card to see if i was booked in.

This hotel is 5 mins from west end but very quiet at night. Only 6/7 mins walk to the lovely Calo des Moro beach. Staff and breakfast both great. Cleanliness spot on. Would defo go back.
