Had a late check-in everything went good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only bad thing was the shower was for a handicapped and the water got all over floor.

The building needs reel rebuild, I have travel a lot and this is the worst shape of a hotel I have ever seen

The room was lovely, very large space and layout was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The housekeeper offered and helped restock anything we requested and remembered our request the next day, which was so wonderful to come back to. The staff member, believe his name was Kooldip, was friendly, kind, helpful and assisted all the guests so well during the breakfast. He kept the items stocked and made everyone feel like a treasured guest. There was a morning he was not working and things were not quite the same. Not only did they have two people filling in for him on his day off, items were not well stocked, waited for all items including more coffee - Not a complaint, just an observation. When I mentioned this to Kooldip, his response was so professional. Kooldip appologized for the prior morning (which i wasnt looking for an apology, i was just making him aware of how good ge is at his job). Kooldip talked about how all the staff is set up to succeed, placing them where they can offer guests the best services and spoke very highly about how well managed this hotel was. Wonderfully professional and what a great employee to have speaking with your guests! He is so valuable and hoping I can find more employees with his type of dedication, professionalism and positive attitude. Made our stay here a fabulous one. Thank you to all your staff!

The stay was fine. The breakfast was not all that great. The only good option was the waffles and that gets old. Our room was causing use to become ill I had to report that every time we turned on the air conditioner we began to cough. Not sure if the filter needed to be changed or what but we became very sick.

Me and my family's stay was very comfortable and relaxing. My only problem was all the walking toi had to do from my room to the car. Breakfast was on point! The young lady that worked breakfast was on it!

Non working fridge, bathroom smelled like urine, flooring was broken, old outdated shower, room wasn’t cleaned properly someone had left underwear by the bed. There was never anyone at the front desk. Overall pretty nasty

I paid for a room with two queen beds and they gave me one with double beds, it was very uncomfortable sleeping piled up, when I went to tell them they told me that those beds were queen as if I didn't know the sizes of the beds since I work selling furniture and I know perfectly how much they measure, I had also been there for three years in a row and I hadn't had a problem with that, I'm sorry because they lost a customer, maybe next year someone else will have a new customer

My family stayed for 4 days on a beach vacation. Beds were very comfortable, not one bug. Cleanliness of the room was very clean, however there was a mildew smell, and the room needed some some paint. Everything worked, tv, ac, refrigerator, microwave. The indoor pool was very nice and was also very clean.The lobby was very accommodating to our needs plus they were very attentive.

The room was disgusting, floors left our feet black, walls filthy, tv and phone didnt work, kids were banging on our doors and running off, staff didn't do anything. I made complaints and nothing was done.

A short drive to the beach and friendly service. Breakfast could have been better, and floors should have been cleaner. Overall, not complaining as the price was right.

The staff and everyone that I came into contact with was VERY nice and kind. I feel that they do a great job with the facility that they have. However, the curtains were molded and had mold or mildew growing across the top and this made the room smell horrible. We had to use Odoban daily to spray and try to mask the smell. There was also visible mold or mildew growing along the ceiling wall and around the boards on the ceiling.

Had to go around the back road or make a u turn down another road to get to hotel. It was quitte a distance from beach. It had no hot tub with pool. The breakfast was not the best compared to other hotels we’ve stayed . Staff were wonderful Hotel was clean beds were very comfortable

The photos on Expedia were very misleading! The room that I booked was not what I received. The place is in need of some serious upgrading, maintenance, and repairs. I am serious shocked that Choice Hotels has not done anything about this. It shines a bad light on their entire chain. Most hotels have coffee in the lobby around the clock. We went down in the morning and there was nothing. The "breakfast" was nill to none so we had to go find some place to have breakfast. Overall it was an extremely disappointing start to our vacation.

The bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like urine. We didn’t bathe because of the uncleanliness and had to leave early because it was so nasty!

The free hot breakfast was a plus. The only complaint I had was the sheets, carpet and mattresses had stains all over them. They kept us stocked with towels and gave us extra blankets and sheets and made our beds every morning though. I can't complain about the price of our stay. Overall it was worth what we paid.

I reserved an accessible room and requested a walk in or roll in shower. Upon check in we were told that the room had a walk in shower. This was not the case. The room had bathtub (which was very deep) and did not even have grab bars in the bathroom. We called the front desk and we're then told that there is only one room in the hotel that has a walk in shower and it was already taken. My question is: How can a wheelchair bound person possibly take a shower in a deep bathtub with no grab bars? Other than the bathroom, the rest of the room was fine and the bed was comfortable.

It was definitely not clean, the common areas were filthy, the room had some sort of gel substance on the floor and night stands . It smelled horrible, staff was not friendly at all. The floors were very dirty made our feet and socks dirty. Not a good experience. When I tried to call the front desk no one ever answered the phone .

Staff were friendly. Made beds everyday but didn't change sheets. Kept bath linens stocked and emptied trash bags everyday. Did not sweep, vacuum, or clean or wipe down anything. The continental breakfast was good and kept stocked and clean. The gentleman did a great job in the dining area.

The room was low quality and reeked of marijuana. Smoke alarms were visibly disconnected and my 12 year old daughter who was there for a soccer tournament was afraid to stay in the hotel based on room and hotel conditions. We tried to cancel the room and front desk was rude and gave us the run around. Would not refund our payment despite clearly un acceptable room condition. Don't stay here ever. Expedia could not help refund my payment.

Staff was pleasant. I would say they are badly understaffed. Floors and elevator were not clean. My room was clean. New linens and bed cover. Could use new carpet. Continental breakfast was included. Good selection of breakfast foods were available. Dining area was clean. Pool while small and indoor was handicap equipped. Stayed 1 night.
