Not the best area but front desk lady was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable

They ran our deposit 2 times and we only received one back

Room was clean. The place was quiet. There was barely any water pressure to the shower though. Hardly enough to wash away any soap. The breakfast wasn't that great so if you're booking the room based on having a breakfast available it was pretty slim.

The ice mashing was out of service.

I would have given them a higher rating however i had quite a bizarre experience checking in. Checking in was fine but when I got to my room and tried to unlock the door, it kept giving me an error. I repeadedly attempted to unlock the door when someone inside abruptly opened the door who was twice my size and weight! He asked me "what the hell? Why are you trying to get into my room?" I thought he was going to flip out on me when i quickly showed him my room keys and sleeve which read "room 119". Room 119 had been taken and woukd be taken through the weekend. The man and his wife were in the room and luckily had the door locked from the inside. I was mortified thinking what if they hadn't locked the door, what if they were sleeping, showering, or who knows what else. Can you imagine someone walking into your hotel room while you and your spouse were in, let's say, a very private moment!! Or just as bad, how about if they weren't there but their personal belongings were in the room? Let's say the person walking into their room was shady and/or not honest. Imagine the liability!! Insult to injury, the couple in the room looked at me sideways as if i were lying. It wasnt until i showed them the key and repeated over and over how embarrassing it was for me. I quickly suggested we both go to he front desk to get this staightened out. Unfortunately i had to wait about 30 minutes to get my room reassigned. Was stuck listening to the front desk argue fault with other customer.

Good location, clean. Should be maybe put a couple more towels in the bathroom.

Semi clean our floor had a puddle we didn't know where it came from, Soda machine stole our coins, neighborhood kind of sketchy, but the bed was clean and comfy.

Very noisy this trip. With the horseshoe shaped building, some very load vehicles were difficult to ignore.

The morning front seat manager has been the worse front desk person I have ever encountered

I didn’t like the amount of bugs that were in the bathroom it really irked me out.

For the price it was clean and peaple are nice.

The location was good for my travel purposes. The neighboring room had a visitor that banged on the door numerous times. I think the outside balcony instead of an indoor setup let them think noise was okay.

It's not a safe area for people with kids

Outlets, telephone, tv not working, limited breakfast menu.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable BUT there was a bad smell in the room. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Will not go back.

The rooms were dark, dingy and smelly. I had to go to my car to get out a beach blanket and my own pillow because the sheets were scratchy. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It consisted of toast, Eggo waffles, cold hard boiled eggs, oranges, and packaged pastries. That was it. I wore sandles so my bare feet wouldn't touch floor. Gross

Worst Managment of any hotel I have ever given business to in my entire life!

First, desk manager Maria was great. Our TV had a problem and she quickly came to room and replaced it. When that didn't fix it, she immediately got a new cable box. Our room was dirty, however. The floor needed to be mopped, and there was urine on the toilet seat. The manager offered us a room change. The pool and hot tub was great. Breakfast was minimal (toast, Eggos, cereal, hard boiled eggs). The surrounding area is a bit distressed, but seemed relatively safe (no police sirens, no wandering people). An OK stay, but a bit overpriced on the weekends.

I liked that it was close to Dennys and Starbucks.

Right next to the freeway, Denny's is right next door. r Rooms are large. Employees are always nice, helpful and friendly.

Are bathroom was clogged and they knew about it and still put us there we had to use the dennys and Starbucks restroom the lady in the front was been rude

It was a better stay than motel 6. It came with fridge and microwave and ironing board and iron. Front desk has a very awesome customer service, including housekeeping

the place was nice and convenient

1. Power of flowing water in the tap and shower is too low. 2. The recipient was not available about 15 minutes when we need them. 3. The housekeeper didn’t replace the towels and renewal the napkins everyday only when we needed that.

Good value stay. Very convenient, safe, and quiet location. Included breakfast is sparse and not replenished regularly, so good luck finding all available options. Jacuzzi was out of service, so points off there.
