The pool area is beautiful and clean. Always stocked with towels. Breakfast was good every morning and something different everyday that we stayed. Place was kept cleaned

When we arrived there was never anyone at the desk to answer questions etc Once in our room the room was very hot. It never did cool down and at 11:30 p.m we moved to another room with two very tired little kids. The comforter had a huge red stain on it. The ladies at the desk definitely did not enjoy people or their job. Very unpleasant ladies. However, housekeeping were very pleasant people.

We had a nice stay at this property. Things I liked: ability to book a suite for our family of five, location, pool, mini golf, and hospitality of the people who work here. Things that could be improved: very limited breakfast selection and updating the suite rooms. They are very dated and in need of a refresh. This would not keep me from staying here in the future—it was overall a nice stay, there are just a few things that could be improved.

The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, professional and open minded when dealing with out of the ordinary situations---always eager to find a satisfactory solution. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and extremely well appointed and maintained. The rooms are large, gorgeous and well laid out. The breakfast and social areas are spacious, convenient and inviting. This is a very high quality hotel, whether traveling alone, with family, with friends or for business.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly. Very clean and updated. The amenities were endless. The only complaint i have is that the beds were hard as a rock, but overall it was a great experience/stay.
