1 night stay , very helpful and polite staff, nice clean room with tea and coffee, quiet. Food really nice in the bar.

Poor service quality and rooms above average (noisy, outdated, shower broken, sofa broken, not nicely cleaned) poor restaurant choices and expensive and on top of that poor service at the reception (never got my invoice despite multiple requests and calls...) so long story short maybe ok for one night and if you are used to rel 4-stars hotel don't go there.

This hotel was very friendly, even before my stay I called and they were happy to assist with what is around the area and accurate with expected time it would take to get there. The room was clean, but it did show wear in the bathroom. I would suggest the breakfast. Many choices and tasty. I really can not say enough about the staff. They made my stay.

Smooth check in process. Git really noisy outside most of the night but maybe to be expected on a Friday night.Strangely they highlight 3 car parks when there is another just around the corner at King St. road. Breakfast was good, a reasonable selection which was regularly replenished.

This is a well located, friendly but over priced and in poor condition hotel. The staff are wonderful, but the rooms are in a real need of updating / repair. The room didn’t feel clean at all. The breakfast was pretty poor, but edible. For the money I expected so much more given the part of the world it is in.

The room doors on level 2 are hard to close. That you end up having to slam them shut, which is something that I don’t like to do. Also the noise outside of some kind of delivery at 6am this morning really was hard to accept when you want a bit of a lie in.

Everything was great! The rooms are nice-sized, and clean. The front desk staff Lewis was extremely helpful with handling a few things we needed. The restaurant food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Excellent, we were upgraded to executive room as a treat Lewis on the desk was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Staff were absolutely fantastic at night! Had an issue with an Uber eats order and the night receptionist allowed me to have a Ben and Jerry's ice cream free of charge! Fantastic hotel fantastic staff!

We had a really nice stay. The staff were very helpful. Our on criticism was at 1:30am there were people in the corridor talk and it sounded like they were in the room. Not great sound proofing and they was out there for an hour felt like they should have been moved on by staff.

This is honestly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. It was awful. Room 630, room had a horrid smell about it. Shower was dated and basic. There was a locked cupboard that would bang all night. Basic beds, with very average bedding. Only 2 pillows on a double bed. Stains all over the carpet, walls all scuffed. I would never stay here again. Go pic a different hotel when stays in Southampton.

An average stay. Luckily I used vouchers to pay for this stay, had I been paying cash I would not be happy with value for money. The room was tired looking, a revamp is needed! The bed was okay but only 3 pillows given which made for an uncomfortable night, had we been staying longer than 1 night I would have asked for more but leaving 3 pillows for a double bed just feels a bit strange. Good location and short car journey to the port for a cruise the next morning but would not stay again.

Very old and outdated Hotel, Not well kept in terms of Room Furniture and The Overall Condition of the Room, not sure why they call themself a Hotel it is more like a 1 Star Motel!
Staff not so friendly, Breakfast was below average, Accommodation Price is over the top.
I do not recommend this property to anyone.

The reception is wide and I like the step ladder for Family Check-In so children can observe. However, the remaining spaces is not roped and a man brushed past me and put his elbows on the reception hoping to Q-jump. It is reassuring that the receptionist kept scanning the people waiting as he served the people before me, and knew I was before the rude man. This is excellent Receptionist Skills and I applaud the good staff.

Location is ok, not too far away from city centre, though the nearest supermarket is 1min walk away
Friendly staffs showing welcoming attitude, no matter at the front desk or in the restaurant
Bad:
Maybe cuz our room is 3/F, it is so noisy during the midnight. Staffs taking break and chatting at the open area and the noise just come up especially when they chat and laugh
We booked for 2 nights but when we are back to the hotel by the second day, the key cards are not working and we need to go back to the front desk to issue new cards

Fine for a one night stay. We stayed on a Saturday night in August and it was extremely busy. Appears to be a regular overnight location for passengers departing on cruises meaning that it was busy, impersonal and the restaurant and bar areas quite stretched to handle the volume of guests.Located in the middle of a roundabout next to some parks - we were on the 7th floor and there was no problem with noise with the windows closed.

Wouldnt think of staying here again the lack of parking and the staffs unwillingness to help guide me to off site parking didnt advise me of the electricity proceedure in the room on arrival so was left in the dark and ended up going to another hotel for the night a nightmare

Accidentally booked this hotel while meaning to book leonardo royal (incidentally the same price). Explained this to them via hotels.com cystomer service and they refused to do anything.
It was the same brand!! So how can they just not cancel and change?
Parking is a nightmare and so youll have to walk 15 minutes to get to it... and of course the cost!
I will actively avoid this property in future!
