Very happy with stay. No frills in room but it was clean and extremely quiet, as requested. Bed very comfortable, and good pillows! Any staff we met were friendly with a smile on their face. Bus just around corner to tube station or easy walking distance. Would happily stay again.

Just one thing about the bedding however. When I pulled the duvet cover back, although clean, there was a faint whiff of sweat. Perhaps the duvet needs cleaning, worth checking room 1111.

We did find this hotel to work for us, but seemed along way from anything…the staff were 10/10! Very helpful, friendly . They couldn’t do enough for us! Loved the staff! Our room was super quiet, small bed, and only one chair..Breakdast was request, loved the fresh fruit and cheese…

Advertised as sleeping four but a double bed and a small sofa bed is not adequate for four people. Room also felt pretty basic and in need of a refurb

Delivered what was promised and got what I paid for. Friendly smiling, helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast with many choices.

Walking distance to the train station and were able to get around London pretty easily. clean hotel, with helpful staff. Breakfast is very good.

It’s a nice place with an enjoyable breakfast that’s slightly out of the bustles of the central London. The room is a bit small for a family of four, but isn’t too much of a problem for a stay of a couple of days. Bathroom seemed to be maintained well.
As for the location, the hotel is about 7 to 10 minutes’ walk from West Brompton underground station, which itself is about 15 to 20 minutes’ ride from the city center. So you’ll need take this into account when planning.

Exactly as expected. Clean, well stocked, friendly service, and close to public transport. The breakfast was great too! We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived after being caught in a sudden downpour walking down from West Kensington tube station. The staff were lovely and brought the right amount of levity to the situation. Our room was comfortable, as we are used to from the Holiday Inn Express brand, and breakfast set us up for the following day.

Stayed with my son for one night in two single beds. We were comfortable and the bed was long enough, my son is 6’7”. Breakfast ok.

Clean and bright hotel with a nice feel. We had a family room which was quite small but ok for one night. Great breakfast included! And all the staff were really friendly and helpful

Location was a 8 minutes walk to a tube station which was convenient. The room was small but expected since it’s London. Breakfast was fine, we had various options and had a full stomach before beginning our day. Complimentary umbrellas near the front desk for rainy days. Local stores like Tesco Express and Little Waitrose were within walking distance if you need snacks and toiletries. Overall, we had a good experience with the facility.
