Just what we needed to stay over before an early flight the next day. Breakfast was superb.

Was a nice stay and so close to the airport. This meant we did not need to rush and drive for hrs on our early morning flight.

On arrival reception tried to charge me for room even though I had already paid. They apologised when I showed receipt and said a new system in place. The first room was terrible, a disabled room smelt of vomit, no pillows, no kettle or mugs, dirty towel. I returned to reception, they apologised and said again a new system in place, I was given a voucher for 2 complimentary drinks and a snack, they allocated another room which although the bed was clean and comfortable the waste bin in bathroom was full from previous occupant.
On a positive note the macaroni cheese I had in restaurant was lovely and bar staff very friendly and attentive.

If you land late at Stansted airport - this is a great opportunity.
From and to the hotel there is bus shuttle that makes it easy to get to the hotel- price is 4 pund a person per trip.
From the hotel and back a bus go from the hotel back to the airport every 30’minutes.
And than one can get on a plane somewhere or be fresh and start the vacation in London or where else you need to go:)
Hotel has breakfast from 4 in the morning as and crap and go. And from 6 a normal breakfast

Perfect for a night before departing at Stansted airport . Diner and bar was open late. Offers shuttle to the airport every half hour for 15E. You can take an express bus from Heathrow AirPort to Stansted airport.( 45E)

Nice clean, spacious rooms, staff excellent, able to accommodate our two rooms next to each other without being asked (they did check first that's what we'd like!). We were leaving too early for a hot breakfast but the grab and go/express breakfast was good, fresh, and a wide selection. Safe car parking (£14) at front of hotel good.

We booked night before and night after flight at the hotel, good shuttle service to/from the airport. Rooms functionable, I liked having a soft and hard pillow choice, the reception and breakfast staff were really nice, polite and professional. We will stay again when we next fly from Stansted

Close to Stansted airport. Bear in mind £4 per trip to and from airport. Breakfast included. So very good for value. In general it’s a but dated. McDonald’s and M&S food hall just a min walk away. For a brief stay to catch an early flight. Very good choice.

It would be better if the WiFi details were given on arrival. Breakfast was OK but the bacon was overdone. There wasn't any guidance and you had to be quick or your breakfast would be cleared before you get back with a fresh cuppa

Exactly what you need for an airport hotel. Shuttle bus is convenient and costs £4 per person, service is good, rooms are spacious and comfortable and breakfast is of a good standard.

We stayed overnight due to our very early flight the next day. Didn’t love that their shuttles are only twice an hour to/from the airport. The rest was as you’d expect. Not the most comfortable, but a reasonably priced, perfectly acceptable stop while in transit.

Id like a proper refund. Upon arrival the gentleman who had checked me in was the only employee willingly working. There was another female employee who refused to leave her separate non work conversation to help check in guests at the hour of 1am. Upon entering my room it’s absolutely filthy. Blood stains, random stains are just grimey overall filth. The audacity to charge outrageous rates with no ground to stand on.

The Initial check in experience was excellent due to the warmn as of the staff this was reflected by the bar staff
The room was dated the 2 nd bed was a sofa bed with a thin uncomfortable mattress and the ac was very noisy

The family room had a sofa bed as the second bed, with the world’s thinnest mattress, so uncomfortable and not fit for purpose.
The cleaning in the room wasn’t great, there was an opened milk left on the coffee tray which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned at all.
The staff at the front desk were lovely and very helpful.
Grab and go breakfast wasn’t great, a bacon or sausage bap would make a massive difference

Great breakfast . Be aware you have to pay £4 for the airport shuttle but it does have good frequent services .

Great staff and service downstairs but the room was very much showing its age, cowboy repairs and general maintenance standards.
Broken toilet seat, broken bathroom door lock, recent silicone sealant squirted everywhere and poorly finished, hot then cold then hot again shower, loose shower rail, loose toilet roll holder, leaking shower hose, poor shower containment etc etc.
Noisy bed, rattling aircon, mouldy window sill, dog burns on net curtain (even though non-smoking) and a very odd damp dog stink to the room. Time for the redo.

The hotel was fine and good location as we were leaving from Stanstead airport for Italy. Easy parking, staff helpful, but the hotel needs a bit of a refurb to bring it up a bit.
Good that they give you a pick nd run breakfast from 4am for early flights :-)
