Summer and no air conditioning was quite tough. So if you are hot natured, in the summer it’s not your place to be. Breakfast was excellent!

Hotel great, but the breakfast room being in a bedroom was unusual. And then two hour before checkout, and probably due to work in the hotel, electricity went out in four of our nine rooms. It never got restored. Some people got new rooms, but for me it made no sense.
Staff was somewhat helpful but not really. Then I had filled out all checkout information, rooms and names before, according to evening staff my bill would be ready. But it was not, and morning employee took forever to make the bill for all taxes and breakfast and then got it wrong by one person. Sometimes the training level of Accor hotel employees is not quite up to pair.

Very close to public transportation. The parking is ok. The swimming pool and the fitness area are good. The rooms are very good, ideal for a family

Lovely hotel near the city centre and not very far from the main attractions. I stayed in a suit, the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly.

I'm very happy with my room, interior is modern & clean. Loved the double sinks. Great location , short walk to the tram. Will definitely return if i go to Montpellier again.

Conveniently located near a tram and airport shuttle hub. Spacious and clean room. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast. Definitely family friendly.

Got a room that smelled like an ashtray! Very strange indeed, especially since the booking included a 2 year old. We had to ask the receptionist for a new room, an got one that only got an old kind of smell. Founs out during the night that the mattress on the bed had this kind of air tight safety cover (maybe for kids wetting the bed, but this was the main double bed?) that resulted in waking up soaked in sweat as it did not breathe at all (combined with a almost non working AC.

The hotel needs to be renovated, the room that we had , was really in a bad condition.
It also smelled like cigaretts have been smoked there.
But the lady on the front desk was so nice and helpful.

Friendly, efficient & responsive staff, very good breakfast buffet, clean spacious room. We stayed in a ground floor suite with accessible roll-in shower. We were very pleased with the accessibility features — although the shower could use a small shelf for shampoo under the water controls, and 1 or 2 grab-bars placed so that a seated person could use them. Staff had to buzz us in & out through the parking area bc front entrance does not have handicap accessibility but that was not a problem. Excellent location close to the city center on one side & wooded river banks on the other, close to city trams as well as the airport bus stop. Lobby lounge is pleasant to hang out in.

Excellent stay, hotel was great and there are many dining options at walking distance. Pool and gym closed for Covid but room 625 was super comfortable. Two large TV sets with a living room, coffee machine and spacious bathroom.

A nice hotel stayand very convenient to tram system.While there were not a alot of restaurants around, found a real gem in the Antigone precinct.

We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and the staff warm, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and cleaned on a daily basis with a microwave and kettle (although worth bearing in mind there is no crockery/bowls etc provided.) My kids loved using the swimming pool, well maintained and clean. The location was ideal, a short walk from the centre of town or a few minutes walk from a tram stop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Well positioned about a 15 min walk to old town. Tram stop 2 mins away. Bus from airport for next to nothing drops you 2 mins from hotel.

A nice budget hotel in Montpellier, with a great breakfast buffet, a pool and nice rooms. My only grudge was that when my bags were delayed by the airline for 2 days, my request to call them to get info and assist with delivery to the hotel, the manager refused to do so cause there is a surcharge for the telephone number - that surcharge turned out to be 10 cents per minute - hardly a good excuse to not help a stranded customer.

Fridge and microwave but no plates or cutlery. Staff slow to help, one member of staff couldnt open bottle of wine took 20 mins to get a drink only myself there no queue. Generally clean. Very average

The major down of the hotel was bed which was very soft and thus not comfortable! Also no amenities in bathroom beside the soap!! This is really cheap for a 4 star hotel!
The aircon which was so needed because it was hot in montpellier worked great in the living room but did not seem to reach the bedroom so it was really hot at night!!

It was efficient, the staff were courteous. The hotel itself was clean but shabby, notwhat I expect of a four star hotel. Breakfast was entertaining - all about the corporate image and cold efficiency.Not a vast choice but it did the job.

Nothing terrible about hotel, but... No parking (under construction but didnt tell me), stark room, no room amenities, ... Basic, basic, basic 4 walls. Not 4-star by any stretch.
