The accomodation should’ve made it very clear that it’s NOT a hotel but a residence with DIY cleaning after check-up. The apartment looked disappointing and unlike anything in the pictures. The key card reader didn’t work on a few occasions and there was no soap or shampoo provided. Everything extra like more fresh towels or bed linen cost extra and at exorbitant rates. The shower head was dirty and mouldy. I discovered a stain on the bedsheet on my first night. Room cleaning should’ve been complimentary, as is the convention for any tourist accomodation. My favourite time in Cannes was after I checked out of the residence. Ironic that they choose to operate as a “hotel” with check in and check out times when it suits them, but impose these ridiculous policies on residents in the manner of cutting costs. The only thing redeeming was probably the reception staff, who were professional at all times.

Terrible dark room. You get only one towel for 7 days, with zero sunlight during the week it’s not possible to get your towel dry. You need to clean the room yourself and bring sheets to the washing yourself. Very disappointed!

Great apartments with perfect location close to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful

Property was in a great location near the seafront and not far from centre of Cannes and all the bars/restaurants. The whole apartment complex is in great condition and the spa and pool facilities were great - we always got a sunbed so no real need to go to the beach if you prefer. There was also plenty of shade at the pool. The room was good although quite stark, but absolutely fine for our needs (3 of us). The aircon worked perfectly! It’s an aparthotel so you do you own cleaning and stripping beds at end of stay, but this was all straightforward and the systems work well. The staff were all excellent - very friendly and helpful. Very minor criticism would be that the bar is limited and you have to ask at reception for drinks but that may have been due to the time we were there (early September). However, the drinks we did have were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended at a great price.

Cannot think ofanything that was unique , the property was excellelant in avery aspect, however a better selection of TV channels would have been nice .

Excellent position for visiting Cannes. Loved the pool area but could get noisy. Very useful car park for residents as parking is a nightmare in Cannes.

Good stay in Cannes , few minutes walk to the beach , close to all the main shops and the main Street . Great location, however before choosing this “hotel’ remember that doesn’t work like that but more like a residence , so daily cleanings are not provided in the apartment ( you have to clean and tidy it up yourself ) , toilet paper/shampoo/body wash are not provided and you must do a final cleaning before leaving. The residence provides a little bit of everything : swimming pool , spa and breakfast . However , breakfast is really plain and for the SPA you must book in advance and is not open all day ( only after 2pm ) . Overall , it has been a good stay and handy for evening walks!

It's just behind Carlton hotel, in a very respectful area. Close to the beach and all hi-end boutiques. Rooms are nice, clean and big. Staff is very friendly. We really liked it.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our apartment was very functional and well appointed. The property's location is excellent - very central, close to the public beach, city centre with loads of restaurants, bars, shops and cafés. The staff are very helpful and all speak very good English.

The studio was fine for 1 person but would probably be too small fo 2. It was well equipped and located. they offer a cleaning service for a fee. well organized facility.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Property were very clean and quiet at night, accessible to everything within few minutes walked.

We rented a 1 room apartment for 3 adults. The apartment complex is ideally located behind the Carlton hotel and a short stroll to the beach. The apartment itself was clean but could do with a fresh coat of paint with lighter colors. The bedroom is very poky with a small alcove where you can store clothes but no other furniture apart from the bed. The two single beds are actually located in the hallway beside the only toilet, and fold up into the wall like those in a mobile home, not very comfortable for an adult tbh. Unfortunately the aircon unit is in the living room so you need to leave the doors between the living room, hall and bedroom open in other to remain cool as the window from the bedroom looks out onto the main corridor access to other apartments and the dark hallway has no window. Smoking is not prohibited on the balcony which we did not know prior to arrival. (one member of our party was a smoker). There is no iron in the room, this must be collected form a room downstairs, also you only get 1 set of towels per person on check-in and additional fresh towels must be paid for. You are not allowed to wash the towels belonging to the complex, you must rent more. The washing machines in the complex also come with an extra charge and cannot be used on Saturdays as the housekeeping use them. The pool is lovely on the grounds but is however shaded for the best part of the day due to the large (beautiful) tree beside it.

Lage

The location is absolutely amazing. Few min walk to the beach and shops. The concierge were very nice, kind people. The pool was refreshing and the rooms just a good enough size to sleep, cook and chill. We will definitely be back.

It was close to all activies for Festival. Horrible internet...ended using my own tmobile wifi because was not reliable. Some staff was very nice and helpful. Others didnt wear a mask, not helpful

My first time using managed apartments, so be prepared if you are used to hotels. When you arrive you will need to go back out to the shops to buy the basics; soap, shower gel and toilet paper even! Only one small towel set was provided and extra towels cost more. When you leave you have to pay €55 to clean your room or do it yourself. The WIFI was very slow, but staff helpful and location very central. Just be prepared for a basic stay with no luxuries, and to buy toilet paper and soap when you arrive.

It is a great hotel with friendly and helpful employees and many free wellnessopportunities. The appartments are large, clean and tidied up. But the garage is very challenging, as it is very small. The garage fee is too high for what you get.

We took studio, and everything was perfect. Bed is really easy to put in and out also very comfortable and with nice beddings. Well equipped kitchen. You might want to bring your own toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc). If you take out your trash, bring used towels and bed sheets down, wipe the floor you don't need to pay extra for cleaning, and doing it is super easy and doesn't take a lot of time. Studio was clean, there was also small cleaning kit for kitchen (sponge, some dish soap and extra trash bag). Location is perfect! We would love to come back for next time! 10/10

The location is good

Their check out (10am) and check in (5pm) is in unconventional and inconvenient. There was a lady at reception who was so rude and lacked any manners despite speaking perfect English. Our bed was very comfortable and they have great bedding. Their pool is small and crowded for such a big hotel. Our room had cracks on the ceiling and the finishing was overall in a 3 star condition. I would despite go back as it is close to la Croisette and we hardly spend any time in the room anyway- but it would be nice to come back to a refurbished room.

Overall, pleasant stay and good location. Issues with poor WiFi connection and tepid warm water for showering despite raising with reception - all subjective to occupancy levels noticed following change over days. Underground parking useful but very tight and care needed!!

I think that to expect guests to empty the bins and sweep the floors is very rude.I also think that a property of that standard should be able to have the linen change handled by staff

Love the location of this hotel! The service at the front desk was amazing! The rooms were very clean. We didn’t have a lot of toilet paper supply, soaps or cleaning detergent, but other than that our stay was amazing, rooms were very big and fit our family of 5.

We stayed in 6 person apartment. Besides sluggish wifi we encountered none of the problems described in many other comments - beds where comfy (I am 6+ft) and mattresses seemed like new (maybe they replaced them after reading all the negative comments?), VERY friendly and polite staff, early checkin for free, broke one of the drinking classes and they did not charge for it etc. Room size was OK for european standards - not great but by no means cramped as well. Self cleaning seemed weird indeed, but unless you are used to leave a total mess behind it meant 10-15 minutes of extra effort from us - not really a big deal. I would gladly stay there again for family vacation. Location is stunning!!!
