The location was perfect for the beach. The condo was excellent and clean. The elevator was broken but not a problem for us as we are able to climb stairs. The pool and hot tub were clean but we did not use due to the temperature being colder than normal for Florida. There was no communication with employees at the location because we never saw anyone in the office to ask questions. We would definitely use this location again.

The dishes were dirty when we arrived the first day. We had to wash all the silverware, cups, plates, and pans before we could use any of them. The floor in the condo was very sandy, it seemed to not be swept or vacuumed. We were on the third floor and unfortunately the third floor button in the elevator was broken. Parking was extremely tight. We struggled some nights to get our vehicle in its assigned spot.
The beach was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were clean. The water in the condo was nice and hot. All furniture, tvs, and appliances worked fine.

The two bedroom was not what I would consider a resort. It had a small pool and a hot tub. If you are looking for a quick stay that's close to the beach, it would work.

Room was well appointed; clean and great view. Staff were nice. Only drawback was a long walk to the beach. Probably close to 1/4 mile lugging stuff.

We had a lovely time and loved the convenience of the location. Ice cream and Dunkin’ doughnuts were right across the street. 0.3 miles to the Publix and all kinds of restaurants nearby. The beach is gorgeous but it is a 5 minute walk as the buildings sit behind the dunes but very nice. There is a great morning walking path. The team is very helpful with any needs you have. Everything was easy and comfortable and we had two teenagers with us who also enjoyed it. The pool area is nice and everything is well kept. Would definitely go back!

We liked the quietness and the location. We were able to walk to dinner every night. View is beautiful.

There’s no sound proof. You can hear everything happening next door. We lived next to two guys who drank until 2 am and they partied in the tiny room. The room is very very small. Do not expect much from this property.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The staff assisted in reassigning a parking spot when my large rental vehichle would not fit into our spot. The beach was great, and we made frequent use of the pool and hot tub.

Rooms were dingy, furniture was old and outdated - looked like it was picked up off the roadside. Not worth the price we paid. Could have stayed in Treasure Island Beach club which was amazing looking for only about $50 more per night

I truly love this place. However the transformer blew on Sunday night and there was no communication from the business and the tenants. Elevator out until Tuesday. Light's out in pool area . Our furnace was off. No Even checked in on us. Disappointed

We have stayed at this property before and as always it was a wonderful stay. Middle Grounds is an amazing place to eat which is just across the street.

It was a great place to stay! Very accommodating. I was in a room without a bathtub and I asked if they could put me and my family in one with a tub. Without hesitation, they switched us into a new room with a tub and a better view at no charge.

There was no fast food restaurants on the island you had to go to the mainland and the walk to the beach was very long it wasn't so bad going there but walking back was a lot of people said that

The unit is very small and the walk to the actual beach is lengthy. The exterior reeked of marijuana.

Super clean. Kitchen had most everything we needed. I did not see a casserole dish, so I bought a disposable one. Plenty of beach umbrellas to use were available, and they even had beach towels if we needed them. We loved the walkway behind the condo that connected us to multiple restaurants and live music venues.

The property was very well kept up and was in the perfect location to walk to may amenities. A sign should be placed to remind people that music played at the pool carries further than they think.

Wonderful place. Staff was amazing, condo was very clean and well kept! Fully furnished with anything you needed, towels, dishes, etc. They even had beach chairs and a umbrella for the beach. Amazing stay!
