Seemed like it may have just been unfortunate timing. The hotel was undergoing renovations which meant a lot of the facilities were closed down (pool, jacuzzi, fitness center). The beds weren't comfortable in the room, the tub in the bathroom didn't seem to be installed properly it kept shifting under foot. The elevators weren't operable luckily we were on the 2nd floor. If I was aware of the conditions I most likely would have booked the hotel across the street instead. I wasn't informed of any of it ahead of time since I booked via Expedia. I guess I should have read the recent reviews. The breakfast was decent at least and the staff we interacted with were nice.

It was under renovation when I stayed, but that means when it’s done the hotel will be improved. It was kind of odd construction workers were still working at 8 pm, but they didn’t make much noise so all good. It’s a good exit to chose off I-5. The hotel is right next to the on and off ramps so it’s easy to get back on the road in the morning, but did not hear freeway traffic at all. Plenty of gas stations and restaurants right around the hotel. There’s a strip mall that has Sushi, Chinese, Mexican, and Pizza that is next door you can walk to. Great convenient location. The hotel room was comfortable and clean.

While it was undergoing construction during our stay, the property was clean and the staff clearly communicated the short term limitations. There wasn’t easily walkable options near the property, but multiple eating and shopping options were a 10-15 minute drive away.

The hotel was undergoing a major upgrade which was not disclosed when we made the reservation. We "Got what we Paid for". The rooms need lots more outlets for iPhone and iPad input.

Well not sure why, but for staying two nights we didn’t get house keeping service. Breakfast both mornings was excellent.

A food park across the street made dinner really easy! Check in was good. The pool & spa were great too.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was Good! A little noisy in the dining area due to the amount of kids playing basketball outside it didnt bother us but it might be bothersome to some. All in all our stay was Nice. Would definitely stay again!!

The property is close to the freeway and the restaurants. The room is clean and tidy.

One thing I don't like in the lobby area people is talking out loud until midnight...

Nice staff

Arrived around 2:40am for a checkin on a prepaid reservation and the hotel had cancelled it because I hadn’t arrived, hotel never attempted to make contact prior to confirm. Took agent at desk about 40 mins to get me into a room after having to charge me a second time at a higher rate because it was “day use” whatever the heck that means. The customer service at this location is non-existent and I am very disappointed, Buyer Beware. Clerk was rude, argumentative and disrespectful with ZERO consideration for the customer and their needs. I stay at Hampton Inn frequently when traveling and have never had such a poor experience. I will definitely be considering other brands as I embark on a 10 night trip mid March, very doubtful I will be choosing Hampton Inn. What a joke!

Pros: Room & hotel were clean, except for laundry room which smelled damp. Cons: Breakfast, average, biscuits were hard and seemed old, could not eat. Room was noisy since it was facing the highway and a gas station. The basketball court was below our room and some young men started playing around 9 or 9:30 and the sound of the ball bouncing seemed like it was never going to stop, just as I was going to complain the boys quit playing, but this was at 10:30pm. I had to use the laundry room, washer worked find but the dryer excepted part of my change and than wouldn't work. The staff said it was probably full and I could wait until they could fix it in the morning, I told them my grandson needed his baseball clothes and I had to leave early so they called the sister hotel across the parking which I was able to use their laundry room which was clean and had newer machines, which I was thankful for but it was also inconvenient.

Nice place to stay.

While the service was acceptable the room conditions were awful. First the initial room shower did not work (shower plunger was inoperable, how this passed housecleaning was beyond me). Secondly, our alternative room’s shower vibrated so loudly, you couldn’t hear the tv in the bedroom. By that time it was so late we simply decided to ignore it (how many chances does a hotel need before it reveals itself!). Avoid this location!

The door to the bathroom kept hitting the other door's sway-arm. The shower had mold in it and the ventillation needed cleaning.
