Overall pleasant stay and friendly staff.
The only thing we did not like was that poolside there were towels everywhere that were not collected the 2 days we were there and overall around the pool area it did not look tidy (trash and leaves) at all.

This is the second stay in two weeks. In CA for cancer treatment. Front desk was not nearly as friendly on this stay. Had our two Yorkies just like last week and the front desk really freaked out when we walked in with them, rudely shouting across the foyer that we hadn’t been charged for them. It was $75 for the two Yorkies for less than 24 hours. Disappointed that hotels.com didn’t bother to state the fee per night. I finally located the fee per week which was stated as $125, but no mention of $75 per night for two Yorkies that weigh no more than 5 pounds each. Won’t be staying at this hotel again based on the treatment at the front desk. Breakfast staff were great both stays.

Went for the Trump rally in Indio. Reservation was on a moment's notice. Great location in downtown La Quinta. Next door to the Sandbar which is a great white table cloth restaurant. Great happy hour and breakfast.

This Embassy Suites is beautiful! Wonderful staff to welcome us. The room was spacious and spotless. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from. Very professional staff and service! Love this location!

This was our seconds time here and the breakfast included is one of the best you will find, the AC tends to shut off in the bedrooms and does not stay as cool as the living area yet we just bring a small stand up fan especially if your going in the summer times where it gets hot. Overall good deal for your money.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is very kind. We were upgraded to a suite without requesting it. We were give two complimentary drinks during a certain time in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was abundant with a great variety of breakfast foods, even an omelette station that also made avocado toast. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Housekeeping! How many reviews do you see that highlight Housekeeping? Mirna our housekeeper kept our room in perfect condition. She also left little surprises around each day like towels in the shape of swans and other amazing flowers and bows made from tissue paper. So always remember your housekeeper and leave tips each day for them.

While the hotel is nice, open and well maintained, the pool was disappointing. It was green and very hot. NOT REFRESHING. also the pullout bed was thin and uncomfortable.

What I didn't like is that since we arrived the system didn't work and the key didn't work for us during the entire stay, every day they reprogrammed the key for us, the room service was poor, they only came once during my stay and they didn't change the towels

I loved the made-to-order breakfast and the manager’s reception at 5:30 PM. Delicious fresh fruit or vegetables at breakfast and the evening reception.
The room was fairly nice, but the AC unit in the suite was rather noisy and I suspect most of the Suites have that noise. I had to close my bedroom door at night which reduced the noise somewhat. Also, the ballast in the bathroom was buzzing, but at least I didn’t have to listen to that all night long because once you turn the light off, the noise goes away.
