Good points:- close to shops, restaurants & short walk to beach- nice bathroom- balconyBad points:- breakfast & dinner does NOT cater for British. Very poor selection of foods that we could eat esp for dinner. Only ate dinner 1 out of our 7 nights- very firm uncomfortable bed so didnt sleep well during our stay- lifeguard at pool strange. Walked around smiling & looked at everyone up and down. Also wouldnt let people jump in even though pool is deep enough.- ants all over our room floor- no ice machine- no tea/coffee making facilities in roomOn the plus side the beautiful weather made our holiday! Just wouldnt recommend this hotel

Arrived late afternoon to what appeared at first site to be a run of the mill hotel. To our surprise this was nothing of the sort. The evening meal and breakfast was, for a buffet, excellent. No shortage of choice and a varied menu each evening. Reception staff were very welcoming, hotel was spotlessly clean with room service every day. The pool and outside bar area were very welcoming and the gardens with their canopied beds provided the height of relaxation. This hotel provided the most relaxing 5 days my wife and I have had in many a year.

A nice, friendly hotel with great staff. Decent sized pool that never got overcrowded. Good location. Would be happy to stay there again. There werent many children staying at the hotel which was a plus point for us.

This hotel is actually quite good - it suits the purpose but isnt the kind of hotel where you hang out during the day - head for the beach cos its not far away. The hotel is located one street away from the main boogie street but its still a nice quiet location with on street parking available. The pool and pool bar are good too - no screaming kids or drunk British families / stag parties etc. The reception staff are friendly and speak good english. The hotel itself is fresh looking, well maintained, clean and the rooms are air conditioned and they all have balconies. Its a grown ups hotel - which is quite refreshing - no idiot Brits partying all night etc. Its not a big deal but the food served is OK quality but just plain weird - breakfast included garlic mushrooms & courgettes etc. The dinner offerings were pretty weird too - I think the Spanish are unsure of what British & Germans eat - the combinations are a bit of a stab in the dark! The majority of guests are German and theyre not a bad lot - v civilised with lots of Guten Morgens, no late night drinking etc. The Spanish staff tend to try to segregate us Brits from them at meal times - which is quite funny. Youll find Brits exchanging knowing smiles in small enclaves surrounded by Germans - I mentioned the War once but I think I got away with it...

This is a good hotel to stay in but it is at 45mn from the hotel and a taxi will cost you about 70 euros. The facilities and staff were good. The room was clean but did not have a view. There was no English customer there as it is located in an area heavily visited by German. I'll recommend this hotel to whoever wants to have a quiet holiday away from the madness of Magaluf.

Hotel is clean and tidy, while it is a German based hotel the staff could speak good english and were very helpfull. The bathroom was a little tired but everything worked. The outside pool is accessed across a narrow road(no problem) and has a bar which serves snacks and is open from approx 10.30 till late with waiter service.Food excellent, pool area clean. Good hotel in a family resort.
