Lovely stay with outdoor swimming pool, altho no hot tub at present. Buffet restaurant nice, yet only offers dairy milk no soya or almond plant milk options available, please offer more eco friendly options! Thank you for the stay.

I always enjoy staying here as I love the garden views from the rooms over the swimming pool, and loved to hear the daytime and evening music from the bar! And during holiday times they offer an evening programme such as karaoke or dancing flamenco show and kids club. Buffet service is good, although would be even better if they would offer some vegan options such as non dairy milk for tea or coffee or cereal at breakfast... Which other hotels offer. And excellent for our planet as well! To reduce some disastrous effects on our climate.

Hotel is well located near sea and cafes shops etc, and also with a nice pool area. Rooms were clean and well maintained although along with the hotel generally also a bit dated. Beds were rather hard, small and uncomfortable. Food was average but edible. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all a reasonable but not outstanding budget option.

I was travelling alone and really enjoyed my stay. All I wanted was pool/beach, sun and good food. I had half board (included breakfast and dinner), I wouldn't bother with the dinner next time because the beach restaurants are nicer for dinner in the evening. But breakfast included is always handy. The staff were all so nice and helpful and friendly, from the reception, to restaurant and bar, and the cleaning staff. I'll definitely stay here again. So close to the beach too.

The hotel itself is nice and the facilities are good. The staff is also very friendly and the rooms are spacious. My main problem with the room was the bed, which is the most important thing about a hotel room. It was really horrible. The bed is on wheels and its two single beds are joined together. The beds are also not attached to the headboards, so it's technically four separate pieces (Two headboards and two beds) and they move very easily. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep on it, it always moves away and created a big divide in the middle, so it was impossible to use it as a double bed, and also the mattresses are stiff. The room doesn't come with an iron, you have to pay a 5€ deposit, and then 3€ per hour that you use the iron. I have never, not even in the cheapest airport hotels, paid for an iron. Parking is 10€ per day which I was okay with. Laundromat is 5€ per wash and 3€ for dryer, which is also ok. All the staff, front desk, cleaners, and restaurant staff are very friendly and nice!

The food was the lowest standard we ever had. Hotel was just ok.

Evening entertainment not great. Staff helpful . Super quiet location great sea view.

We were only there for a few hours in order to catch a very early flight. So I cannot comment much. It was suitable for our purpose, namely to be close to the airport for the 6 AM flight. Hotel seems OK.

No Bar inside so plastic glasses all the time,could only have a coffee at breakfast in a china cup ,all other times in a flimsy plastic cup,Food was cold,little meat offered staff at Dinner very intimidating to get you out quickly,the beds are very hard

Staff were all pretty helpful and friendly. A lot of things around the bedrooms needed mending, but nothing that stopped things working. eg light switch wobbly, big crack in marble round basins, batroom lock not working due to being installed upside down. I was happy with it for the price. A minute to walk to the beach. Hotel towards the edge of the town. The closer you get to the town centre the more 'stuff' there was to do.

Nothing unique. Cheap hotel hence reflection on service. Quite run down and very noisy -- very poor sound proofing. Severely poor quality food and very limited choice. Not my type of hotel but it was a short stay and the clincher for me was free parking. But I don't think I'll book there again.

Clean and tidy place with great sea views and excellent staff .I only wish i had a fridge in room .

Pool was great and WiFi all around the hotel other than that all was great but hardly any parking and food was not so great

Could not believe they charge to use an iron and to weigh case. Toilet seat was broken. No pool towels available. Ok for what I needed .

There are no double beds, only single beds that can be put together... not to recommend, Especially since we bought a double bed room. The staff didnt seem to care to help out, they only refered to expedia. Food was not good, Noor not bad, but manageable. Lots of sugar. We tried dinner at the hotel for oke night and Went to restayrants by the beach for the rest of the week. Location was close to the beach which was good. Pool area too crowded, many kids screaming and people putting theire towels early in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel to couples that want to spend some time alone and get quality time.

The hotel on the whole was very good. The only complaint I have is we were half board but at dinner we were not allowed soft drinks with our meal-only water.

Location fine 5 minutes to the beach, 25 minutes to the main bar restaurant area. Entertainment tired and old fashioned. Staff rude and abrupt, food options not worth it cold basic breakfast fine dinner huge let down. Also health and safety issue no stickers on patio doors so injury’s may happen. Wouldn't rule staying again if the right price I know what I’m getting and it’s just a base.

Super friendly staff, great location

The hotel was as described on your website. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location near shops, restaurants and the beachfront, all as shown on your maps. The balcony was sunny in the morning and for much of the day. The room would have benefitted from at least one easy chair. The beds were fine. We were disappointed to find that the only TV channels available in English were news channels; with so many British expats living in the area we had expected to find dramas, films, etc in English too, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was excellent. Although we did not book all-inclusive, we chose to pay to eat dinner in the hotel most nights, because we found the food so varied and tasty. There was always a wide range of salads. Some of the cooked dishes were not hot enough for most people's taste, but I prefer warm food because it seems to me more flavourful. The chairs in the bar/lounge were not very comfortable. The parking was convenient, though I wonder whether it's adequate if the hotel's full. All in all we thought the hotel very good value for money.

.Some people complained about food but always nice bread ,salad ,fruit and variety of hot meat,chips etc .it was good value and perfectly acceptable. We stayed half board but as all inclusive available few merry holiday makers by lunch time can be expected,same as anywhere else. Good pool for kids ,indoor room too with pool tables etc. Kids discos and entertainment ,but we didn't see if was any good or not ,no kids with us. Nice and clean ,maid came everyday ,enjoyed our stay

hotel clean. dinner food not too bad but breakfast was lacking choice. I felt it was catered more for the Spanish. Fried eggs every day and one day scrambled, no omelettes. Poor choice of cereal Tv in room had only one English channel and that was ctn news (American) last day at hotel I had to check out at 12 and not leaving for pick up until 7pm. No changing room available so had to use public shower in the pool area - not ideal

Very comfortable hotel lovely pool,centrally located.Plenty of activities for children and teens.My only criticism is that there was no wifi in bedrooms

Food was one day very poor the chicken was raw and the head waiter was very rude. Found dust on the door frames and the lifts kept breaking down I guess I got what I paid for.

We stayed at Parasol Garden for 5 nights in June and had a fab time. Hotel staff were very friendly and there was plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The hotel is right next to the beach and there's plenty of restaurants nearby. It's a bit of a walk from the town centre though so we got a taxi in at night for about €10. Overall it's a great hotel!

Location OK, though a bit far from any action. Town centre about 30 minutes walk. Beach was slightly dissappointing, as the sand is quite rough and dark. The service was definitely not a 3 star level, probably more like an OK 2 star in the hotel. Just a few examples: no hair dryer in the entire hotel, poor puritan furnitures, with one chair and a little desk for 4 people in the room, 2 minisoaps for 4 people on every other day and absolutely no other toilettries, and the smallest possible TV set. The evening entertainment in the hotel was very dodgy, probably it would be better not to have anything at all. Food was also far from excellent, my kids managed to eat nothing for an entire week, they could hardly pick a single thing they like. The guests were predominantly pensioners, not the best company for youngers and families. Although the hotel was far from full, the queing at the restaurant was quite regular.
