Great staff and views

There was a strong cigarette smell on the 10th floor where my room was although the hotel doesn't allow smoking and has no balcony so people were careless and probably smoked in their rooms. The room was clean but the walls were a bit dirty and the bathroom door was damaged. The shower had a very low pressure as well as the tap! Otherwise very clean sheets and towels!

I booked the standard room and it was everything we needed and spotlessly clean. It doesn’t have things like coffee making, robes etc but I knew that when booked the cheapest standard room. The air conditioning was great and needed! The location is brilliant - across the street from central market, very close to tram and walkable to all areas including port and beach. There is a lovely lobby area with free chilled water and fruit. There is not really a restaurant - but with so many choices we wouldn’t have dined there anyway as it was great to get out and about. The airport bus stops directly in front of hotel if you needed it. Reception staff excellent. Would definitely stay again if in Alicante.

In-room phone did not work. No iron available. Hotels.com rewards not honoured, however quiet and functional, albeit a little tired. Good breakfast

Generally ok but no facilities to make a hot drink in the room.

Stayed at this hotel many times. It's great, this time we waited 30 minutes for our double room, though, we had booked a double room. Also, we tried to be eco friendly with the towels, but, ended up with one set of our used towels. We were told the house keeper would deliver, but , they did not. On reflection I will just put all towels on floor. have never had a complaint about this hotel before. I will still return to this hotel.

I stayed in a junior suite, plenty of space, clean and most of all it is in a great location! I would definitely stay here again.

There was no amenities, no robe or slippers. I had stayed at others Eurostars and this is the only one that I felt a little disappointed

Absolute amazing stay with great breakfast, lovely room, great front desk and fantastic sauna. Only thing I would say is please get satellite or cable tv for UK guests, one whole week of just BBC and ITV channels was challenging and we can't stream stuff due to idiot Brexit decision.

Excellent location

Beautiful room with leaving/ dining room. One and a half bathroom. Extremely clean and comfortable. Wonderful staff. Hotel in the perfect location.

Great

We stayed in a junior suite which was great value for the cost. The city centre location was handy for eating out and transport links, less than 20 mins walk from rail station and 20 mins on the C6 bus to the airport. Easy walk to the beach and marina! The room was comfortable, however being so central there was some road noise early in the morning!

Nice and clean hotel with good location. Very friendly staff. The main street under our window made the room very noisy during nights and sleeping was difficult.

The only good feature is it’s central location - its proximity to public transport (tram stop adjacent, airport bus stop opposite hotel)

Central position & very clean

The good: Superb location. The C6 bus from the airport stops right across from the hotel (get off 2 stops after the port, you will see Eurostars on your left just before the stop). Walking distance to the theatre, harbour and beach and the castle. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby and right opposite the Central Market. Could be improved: When I checked in, I was just handed my room key. No information whatsoever about the hotel (breakfast, sauna, local area). Quite a different experience from Eurostars Madrid. The sauna is great but there is nowhere to get changed or leave your clothes - ended up changing in the shower room and taking a sports bag into the sauna with me - all a bit odd. The gym is quite small and basic but appeared to be well used by guests. I would stay again - mainly for the location but would be good if a changing room or just lockers could be put near the sauna.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, good size rooms with large bed. Good size bathroom with bath Great location opposite central market, very near castle. Be aware, Spanish socialising times extend to the next morning and the street outside can therefore, intermittently, get noisy

Great location, very nice junior suite, kettle & coffee machine in the room, good selection for breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, ask for your bottle of drink if it's included in your booking & they send it up to your room in a ice bucket, can't fault this hotel.

Lovely hotel , centrally located, a bit disappointed that it didn't have tea or coffee facilities in the room , nor an iron available to iron clothes

Good situated, clean, friendly staff, value for money. - one treadmill only, sauna not warm enough (never reached the 110°C in settings)

The location is very convenient, easy access to downtown attractions. Hotel itself is old and needs some refreshing. Window in my room couldnt be closed completely therefore it was very noisy in the evening ans hard to fall asleep. Also i didnt get any amenities in the room, nothing. My friends got all of it including robes and slippers. I paid for my room 160eur per night and I expected to have at least cotton pads available. But nothing besides bedsheets and towels basically. Overpriced definitely.

Nice clean hotel in great location

Hotel itself generally good. Perhaps could do with refurbishing of rooms. Walk in showers should be the norm and not over baths- if only for convenience of older visitors. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful, particularly at reception and in the restaurant. Ideally situated for transport- airport bus stop opposite the hotel. The hotel was in a main shopping street. Shops and harbour/ promenade within east walking distance. A wide range of restaurants and bars around the hotel.

This hotel exceeded expectations. It is centrally located across from the food market. The street next to hotel is packed with bars and restaurants and further down is the famous mushroom street. Breakfast was very good with range of juices, teas and coffees, breads, cheese and meats. Hot food included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. There was lots of lovely pastries such as almond cake and fresh fruit. The room was incredibly clean with maids attending everyday. If you had to be picky the shower wasn’t powerful but it did the job and I liked the bonus of a bath.

The location is excellent, just take the bus from airport and bus stop just across the hotel, also tram and train station not far if you want to travel to other towns and villages. The only thing need to point out is the bathroom and TV need to be updated. Otherwise is highly recommended.
