This hotel is perfectly located. There is parking right in front of the door, which charges €17 for 24 hours. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with many options, especially for the price compared to other hotels. We booked a room with a street view but were given a room without a view. When opening the windows, we looked straight into a wall and a noisy air conditioning unit. Therefore, the room wasn't perfect; however, because it wasn't on the street side, it was extremely quiet, and we slept very well. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't give us another room. They didn't charge us for breakfast as compensation, which we appreciated very much. Overall for this price it was a great option for your stay in Reims.

The best of the property is the location, just right on the Main Street surrounded by a lot of restaurants and a five minute walk to the train station. The hotel looks old and rundown. It does not have a proper lobby and the rooms were spacious, dark, and basic. Service was ok, just straight to the point. In general the hotel is ok to stay for a short period of time.

The Hotel Bristol Reims was a very nice hotel for our 2-night stay in Reims, especially in terms of convenience. The area around the hotel have many lively restaurants and bars (yet it was not noisy). The train station is just a short walk away and most of the other attractions in Reims are walkable too.

Lovely central hotel. Very close to the railway station. The street was pedestrian only with lots of cafes outside. We enjoyed listening to the bubble of conversation outside when we opened the balcony window. A gluten free breakfast was provided on request - the only hotel to do this in our two week tour of Europe. We also dined in the on site restaurant and whilst GF options were limited the fish dishes we had were delicious. Would recommend this quirky 1920’s style hotel.

The location is perfect for out-of-towners - easily walkable to/from the train station and right in the middle of main street, which has plenty of dining options and close to shopping.

This boutique property is in the heart of it all! The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and there are so many amenities around. It’s an easy walk to some champagne houses as well as shopping and historical sites. I highly recommend a stay here and to purchase the Reims pass so you get discounts, a tour and round trip train to Épernay. Huge value to be able to tour the Perrier estate, Chandon and Dom!!! Includes free museum admissions. Fantastic stay overall!

Conveniently located in a pedestrian road full of restaurants, the hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There's underground parking two minutes from the hotel in a private car park where you get a discount if paying at the hotel, and from the car park there are lifts that take you nearly in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception was super kind and patient. And Reims is lovely. Thank you and hopefully we'll see you again!

This was an excellent location! We were so pleased with nearby food options and fun shops to walk through. Easily walkable to many historic sites which we really appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful also

Very spacious room with a little balcony overlooking the Main Street, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. With the windows closed we couldn’t hear a sound so that was great at night. The room was very spacious but did not have a fridge nor an iron. Great location and a very secure set up. Staff were friendly enough and check in/out went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, however the property and amenities were low quality. While the room was prepared before our check in, nothing felt clean. We disliked the following. The bathrooms which were cramped and very loud throughout the room when the person above you flushes the toilet. The air conditioning was positioned so that the cold air would blow directly onto your face in bed. Not given clear instructions about connecting to the hotel wifi. Only book this room if you actually ONLY need it to store your luggage and sleep and want to be right in the city centre and beside the train station.

Everything about this property is dark and dingy. It gives the impression of being a dump, which it is NOT, but it has an old, rundown feel about it. Rooms are poorly lit and painted throughout in dark blue-gray, just like the carpet. Tub/shower is difficult to access safely; no grab bars anywhere. Public areas are small, cluttered and dark. 15 Euros for breakfast was an insult. Just not an appealing facility at all.

It was just a tired hotel. Staff were friendly enough but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. Would have been worth the extra $400 to stay somewhere nicer, in my opinion.

Absolutely amazing location for food, drink and exploring Reims, conveniently close to underground parking and all the tourist attractions. Room was great with nice high ceilings and plenty of room for the double and full size single bed (not a converted sofa). Bathroom clean and well equipped. The only downside of this great location is the noise from the street, people having fun at night - even midweek - and deliveries from quite early in the morning. Was better with the balcony door closed but then the room was too hot even in February. Take some earplugs and it's a great hotel.

Good room, clean and spacious. Our room faced the bustling street and the windows are not sound proof enough, and since we were there over a weekend, there was quite a bit of noise from the street. The hotel has a great location.

Warm welcome. However the hallway and the room was quite dark with no much light on. The worst was some noise coming from the courtyard onto which the window opened. I mentioned it at the reception and I was told that it was supposed to stop at midnight but it seems it stopped later on... i have been lucky not having booked more than one night!!!

Had no issues with the hotel. Room was decent and clean. Comfortable pillows, good amount of towels. The only thing is we didnt realize is it's on a noisey street with night life. We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night which were very loud, so im not sure if it's always like that. I know this isnt the hotels fault, but it is something to note. Front desk was kind and helpful. Location is great for dining, night life and shopping. Parking is very convenient. Just note that the street can be loud at night.

Lovely rooms. Ours had the toilet in a separate room from the shower/tub, which was very convenient so two people could get ready at the same time!

This is a great little hotel right in the heart of the main strip of Reims. Even though we were there on a very busy Saturday night, the room was very quiet. Extremely easy access to everything. They have a parking garage below the hotel that they offer a discounted rate to.

Good value for money! In the city center, with good parking facilities. Comfortable rooms, a good breakfast and a restaurant just outside of the building. Friendly staff.

Beautiful small hotel right in the centre of Reims. So many bar and restaurants right outside the front door! But the sound proofing in the room was excellent and even though if was busy outside with the windows closed the room was very quiet. Parking is in the Erlon Parking underground carpark and once you come out on foot the hotel is right there so super convenient. We paid EUR16.50 for 24 hours. It does have a height limit of 1.9m. Car park felt very safe and secure. We stayed in a triple room with 2 adults and 1 child and the room was spacious for the 3 of us and with a real 3rd bed. We didn't eat at the hotel, but you are right in the centre of Reims so there are so many dining options. Great value for money and would definitely stay again if I come back to Reims.
